I'm sure you've all seen it, it was mentioned in the other thread but I figured it was deserving of his own.

From what I've seen, things seem a little iffy on the other side given the time between and the fact that charges haven't been filed. Regardless, it just looks like a fight and honestly that doesn't bother me. I don't see this hurting Odell in the future, especially if no charges are filed.

I just don't want the team to react to this like they did AJ. Like release Odell even before anything gets found out.

Yeah I've gotta say I didn't see this turning into anything.

Ive got the feeling from now on Bengal's players will be targeted by the money hungry. The "victims" will be given the benefit of the doubt due to recent track records the Bengal's have put up.

Depth chart as I see it.

WLB
1. Ed Hartwell
2. Landon Johnson
3. Odell Thurman

MLB
1. Ahmad Brooks
2. Caleb Miller
3. Odell Thurman

SLB
1. Rashad Jeanty
2. Eric Henderson
3. Ahmad Brooks probably if they both went down.

Why would Odell be 3rd string?? No way Caleb Miller is above him on the depth chart nor Johnson. Odell might be in the dog house but hes kept his nose clean for a year.

I think it'll be the same as last year when he was 3rd string in the preseason and he'll be forced to earn his way back on ST and by staying out of trouble.

If he was truely in line to earn a starting spot then they would've put Ahmad at one of the OLB spots but they didn't. I'm not saying that's how the depth chart will stay, just that that's how it will open the season.

Caleb and Landon work hard and have paid their dues, Odell has lost a lot since he's been out in experience, respect and being in shape I'm sure. I think when Hartwell eventually gets hurt or if he underperforms midway through the year and Odell stays clean he'll eventually be our starting WLB.

I agree, no way Marvin hands him anything. He'll be last, he'll have to show he is willing to excell on special teams and then maybe he'll be bumped up

Yeah that is how it is going to be in Training Camp for at least the first week but I have A strange feeling that Odell will be motivative and be unstompable in Training camp but their is always a chance that he slips up and we never get to see him play again.
