Alca, your first team is good, but yes, you picked Mcnair up too high. That pick should have been used for WR3. Also, what is the point of picking up a backup defense, that has always been dumb to me.

Now that is a nice team, I like your WR corps a lot although there are no big names there. Great TE, QB (although taken too high) and a great RB in LJ.

Neither Favre nor Watson would start for you, you really don't need them and CJ is your #2 WR so no, I would decline it.

Okay yeah sure I'll try and get it on this...granted this is a very early yahoo draft, with not nearly the amount of research put in I plan on having by my real "important" drafts...

QB: Philip Rivers
RB: Joseph Addai
RB: Brandon Jacobs
WR: Larry Fitzgerald
WR: Chad Johnson
WR: Andre Johnson
TE: Vernon Davis
DEF: San Diego
K:Jason Hanson

BN: QB Jay Cutler
BN: RB Jamal Lewis
BN: RB Marshawn Lynch
BN: RB Vernand Morency
BN: WR Vincent Jackson
BN: WR Jerry Porter

With my QB I wanted a stable guy, and a guy I could gamble on to break out. Addai should be good with RB, and I'm hoping one of my other three RBs is able to break out...if not Jacobs has been a goalline guy who will have more yards this year then last year...WRs are good, TE is a gamble, and the DEF and K...well...who will know how K's pan out, but I feel good with SD DEF...

thoughts?

Your starting WR's are amazing, but I think the key to winning in fantasy football is the RB's. I think Addai will be a top 5 fantasy RB this year, but after that it's shaky, although I think Lewis will have a good year. Good team overall.

IDPs are excellent, you got essentially the best people you could get. Not a fan of keeping an IDP on the bench though but that's your call.

You get a potential Top-5 QB in Bulger and a potential breakout candidate in Jay Cutler. No problems there.

Your RBs are good but I am worried about Westbrook's spotty injury history and the fact that Kevin Jones is your only backup is really concerning. Really concerning. Edge should be fine this year.

Wideouts are good, should keep you in games if anything bad happens. Driver is consistently Top-10/Top-15, Wayne is a stud and I think Branch has a solid year with more time in the system and with Hasselbeck. Not a fan of Mason as he's aging and McNair isn't exactly a spring chicken either. Crump is a good TE, so no complaints here.

K is a stud and your DEF is good. You have a solid team that really does lack some depth though at the skill positions.
