I'm curious. I've gotten grey rep from two people. How does someone do that?

When someone has neg rep or neutral rep their rep is gray and worthless.

When someone has neg rep, and they try to rep you, or not enough points to give rep. Geaux Saints, aren't you Phrost the guy that got banned?

Oh I gotcha. Because I got repped by someone with two green bars and it was gray, so I was curious. Thanks for the responses.
