I'd say squats and lunges. Monkey squats burn too. pretty much bend at the waist and grab your ankles and then bend your knees in a squat while maintaining contact with your ankles

If you have access to bleachers, do one legged squat jumps up the stairs alternating legs. It builds stability as well as muscle in your legs.

Just some advide, if you don't have access to weights, a gallon of water weighs 8 lbs. You can buy gallon jugs for like a dollar and hold one in each hand when you do squats for added weight

wow i hate those..... for all my leg work outs though i use air alert... man that works out everything

Squats, Lunges, Single Leg Squats, Explosive Split Squats, Wall Sits, Tuck Jumps, Squat Jumps, Reverse Lunges.

Yeah, but they work, and I was just trying to bring something new to the discussion. You can do wall sits damn near anywhere. But I'll co-sign on the Mike Tyson squats. Those would be my first choice if I had no stairs and no equipment at all. Never used air alert.

you see some of the exercises on there and your like... dam thats easy... then you get to 150 and wow....YOUR LEGS FEEL DETACHED... its the best workout i have ever done hands down... and it works rank ..as advertised man

really? wow its in all teh basketball magazine and stuff... its meant to increase your vert... it says 8-12 i think or something like that im only on week 3 of it

i don't wanna use wieghts cuz my knee is pretty **** an i don't wanna make em worse

Yeah, I just looked it up when you mentioned it. I don't usually read magazines, and I ignore advertisements for the most part anyway. I remember they used to advertise those shoes that were supposed to increase your vert. They had like a thick ass sole on the front, so that your heel never touched the ground. Things looked goofy as hell, but I always wondered if they worked.

Yeah they do but you could save yourself the 60 bucks and just walk around on your tip toes for the same effect

i got mine for free... my basketball coach just bought it and gave us all copies of it... needless to say we are all white
