View Full Version : Okay, tough question

My league that I do annually with some family and friends allows for one keeper from year to year. Problem is, I have a REALLY tough decision. Last year I kept Steven Jackson, drafted Frank Gore and Joseph Addai. What do I do? Jackson did the best last year, but Brian Leonard is coming in, that could mean less TDs. Gore did great, but injury problems and Nolan says he's not going to work Gore as much. Then Addai will be in his first season as the full time starter. Since I'm picking 10th, I won't be able to get another one of these guys, so which one do I choose?
Steven Jackson. No second thoughts on that. Neither of those guys will score as many touchdowns as him, Leonard or not, and he had more yards then both those guys last year anyway.

Jackson, I don't think Gore will ever have a year like that again & who really knows what Addai will do
Keep SJax, Brian Leonard should not factor into your decision.
Yeah.. Brian Leonard is just an unproven rookie.. Maybe next year, if he does well this season, you should worry.. but not this year.
I can't see Brian Leonard taking too many TD away from Jackson.

as a Rams fan Leonard will do some Damage but Jackosn will get the carries/catches and have the 2nd best year (fantasy wise) as a RB

Dumb question, Jackson in a heart beat.

Thanks guys, I guess I was overthinking it (I'm gonna hate giving up Addai though).

Keep SJax, and trade Gore for draft picks :P

S-Jax hes the 2nd best RB in the league, good for 1500 yards and around 20 TD's a year along with his 90 receptoins. You have some sick RB's though.

I would keep Jackson, and dangle Gore and Addai as trade bait, ship one of them off so you get the best deal, either way you get 2 beastly RB
