This is very funny and amusing, but what about some professionalism? Either way, it's still funny and quite ballsy.

It's not something a congressman would usually write, but it's something a congressman should write more often.

His title of "Director of Public Safety" makes this so much funnier.

Professionalism be damned. He had to be just thinking about that letter for so long, just to pack in as many insults as possible.

He needs to run for Mayor of Baltimore City, and calm down this friggin crime riddled metropolis.

Who the heck is this and what is this about? I am so confused....

so much for proffesionalism...in my mind pretty godamn pathetic for a public official to have that much hate and be that caught up in catching some petty drug dealing kid who is just caught up in what so many inner city youth are. The problem is a lot bigger than one kid hanging out on the corner selling and as a public official this dude needs to be focused on the bigger picture. Putting this 1 dude behind bars doesnt do anything, there'll be someone to take his place and sell to his customers.

It's a letter that a councilman from Cleveland wrote to some criminal.

Good for him. The kid made a choice to be a damn thug, the guy is just telling it like it is, and rightfully so.

I bet the intention of the letter was to wake the kid up a bit especially with the line about him being in his grave... I'd be pretty pissed off too if I had to deal with idiots dealing drugs in my city every day.
