After a great college career it seemed like he couldn't cut it in the NFL as a starter but in the past four games he has played very well behind the Texans O Line, 18 carries for 95 yards, 21 attempts for 87 yards and two scores, 18 carries for 94 yards and a TD, and this week, 32 carries for 153 yards and two TDS. Can he be a good starter in this league for a few years?

i have no doubt he can be, he was MADE for a cut back system....he has great vision for the cut back and believe it or not has great explosion when cutting it back

I don't think he will win the job next year. He has been playing well but if you take every RB's career best stretch they would all look good. It seems like he could be a Pro Bowler after the Colts game but keep in mind the Colts run defense is poop. :x

1. Domanic Davis will be the starter next year until he gets hurt
2. He played vs. the Colts yesterday.

He will be at most a little better than he was with the Giants only because he will average like, half a yard more per carry in that running system that Kubiak uses.

I hope he can but he will be a career backup.

Too bad DD is pretty much done for his career. Dayne is solid, but a better back will replace him in Houston.

I think he's found a home in Houston and is making the most of his oppurtunities but when DOM comes back next year he'll be the goalline/ short yardage back
