North Carolina St. senior tight end Anthony Hill, a late-round type of prospect for the 2008 NFL Draft, will miss this season with an ACL injury.

Hill did not redshirt earlier in his career so that is still an option for him.

You beat me to it, Scott. I saw this, too. Probably the best TE in the ACC this year. He had 45 receptions for 478 yards in 2006,

Probably right about him being the best TE in the ACC prior to this; otheriwse Tom Santi might be the only one to give him a run for his money

Miami ALWAYS have the best TEs in the ACC, minus Vernon Davis.

Joey Haynos brings some competition (Basically cuz he's 6-8)

...And ACL tearing season begins. One of the better tight end prospects in the country in my opinion, if he can bounce back next year I think he's a day one guy.

they'll have to develop the next one with the loss of Olsen

There is always hope that DajLeon Farr reaches his potential.

I know this is a rather old topic, but I just wanted to point out that former QB turned TE Marcus Stone will be the Number 1 TE option this season for the Wolfpack. He's beefed up to around 250lbs and is working on his blocking skills. It should be interesting to see how he does this season. If anyone remembers the hit he layed on Nicholson of FSU, you know he likes contact. He's absolutely a player to keep an eye on this year. Scott!!! Take note!!!
