Hawk

The question is does he take his entourage with him to wrestle? Like an 8 person tag team?

Ha, that's great.. I never really watch TNA, but I definately would, if Pac Man was on!

Spectacular. I hope his gimmick is that he is constantly accompanied wherever he goes by cash falling from the ceiling.

Im sure he'll fit right in with Kurt Angle, Sting, and so on.

That would be the greatest intro ever, even better than Jericho's first WWF entrance.

It really depends. Most wrestlers do their best to not actually hurt their opponent, but just to put on a good show. However, there are severe injuries all the time in wrestling. Lots of broken necks, torn muscles, and so on that happen just because of bad landings and such.

Im sure he wont really do that much.

SO i guess this guy learned nothin in college and cant get a real job, sure wreastling might pay better, but you cant play football/wrestling for ever, should get started on a career right now.

This is basically just Dennis Rodman version 2.0 except he's much less famous and interesting. I'm not faulting TNA for trying to get as much publicity as they can (and he's certainly better know than A.J Pierzynski) but I probably still wouldn't watch.

Pacman vs. A.J. Pierzynski in a T.N.A. match... now, I'd pay to see that.

I hope so as well. I hate matches that end in DQ. And that would surely result in a Disqualification.

His signature move could be the "rainmaker", where he throws money on the guy then punches him in the face and bites his ankle

yeah id definitely watch this, I wonder how serious he is about this though is it just something to keep him busy for this season or is he afraid that his entire future with the NFL is in question. I would think hed still be confident that his NFL career can be a brilliant one as long as he stays out trouble, and even if the Titans do decide to part ways with him, he'll be able to find a team to take a gamble on a talent like him.

Well, if you had a choice between great money and a slight spotlight with a light schedule, or some low paying, entry level job in whichever field you majored in; which would you take? If it pays legally, it's a real job....

I will definately be watching this one. Can't wait to see how they use Pacman.

Worrick Robinson, who represents Jones, said his client has been approached by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling "to participate in their line of entertainment.''

But Robinson said Jones "won't be wrestling'' and he won't be playing the part of a villain as some might expect.

Honestly I think this is a brilliant move by Pacman's agent/management. He has only played a couple years in the league so he isn't a "made" man by any stretch of the imagination. This will at least keep some sort of cash flow coming in and will keep his name out there in the sports entertainment world [although to a much lesser degree]. It is a much better option than doing a bad reality show. ex. "Pacman" Presents: America's Next Top Stripper

What exactly are you expecting the guy to go do? I'm sure companies are clamoring to have Pacman Jones working in one of their cubicles.

Go big or go home, wrestle in the WWE.

trkaline
07-30-2007, 11:38 AM

Pacman should go into UFC because then he could actually kick the crap out of someone instead of it all being fake!

So you'd take the heavier workload and less money? How honorable. You'd be the minority on that one.....
