I didn't see a thread on it and i have say the Great Lakes/New England ending was just sick. I rarely watched this in recent years but I umpire these games in the rounds up to states so i felt i had to. Kid for Walpole, Mass. robs a homer to end the game. It would have won the game on a walkout if it had gone out. Just had to say how sick that was.

today was the first game from what i know. Unless they lost in regionals then they are still in it

No team has been eliminated yet, folks. It's the first day, and so far, only one game has been played.

The last two innings of that OH-MA game were ridiculous. I thought the fly ball at the end was going to win it, but that center fielder just made such a great catch.

I saw that kid rob the home run, it was a pretty cool ending.

Yes. Another team from Toms River was a game away last year, but lost.

I just watched the kid robbing the HR...while it was very dramatic and a sick way to end the game, the catch itself wasn't that great...he reached like 6 inches over the wall and caught it, very pedestrian if you ask me...but still, great way to end it
