Lions fear Bullocks is lost for season
Posted by Tom Kowalski (http://blog.mlive.com/lionsinsider/about.html) August 26, 2007 15:57PM

Second-year safety Daniel Bullock might be lost for the season. Bullocks had his right knee buckle during a non-contact play late in the second quarter of Saturday's 37-10 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. An initial examination revealed the probability of a ligament tear, which would end Bullocks' season.

A more thorough examination will take place soon and the Lions are hoping it will reveal a sprain and not a tear, but club officials are already bracing for the worst.

Just what we need, eh?

Ugh. I care more about this than losing a veteran starter. He needed this year for experience. Does Gerald Alexander take his starting spot? I guess that means one of the younger CBs Mcann, AJ Davis, Ramzee will make the team now.

It could save Kenoy Kennedy.. I'm not sure if he was on the verge of being cut, but if he was, i'm sure his job is safe now.

Good news for me, I drafted Williams, Johnson, Bell, Kitna(2 are back-ups). So the more points your O has to put up the better........

Well, they planned on giving the bag a workout if they cut Kenoy.. There's no point in having the same player, ya know.

And he's been placed on IR.. I was really looking forward to watching him this year, too.

Disappointing. Well... at least we took Alexander. Let's see what he can do.
