Fantastic news: NFL Network will air the America's Game entry for the Super Bowl XLI Champion 2006 Indianapolis Colts the day before the season opener!

One of the three guests is in fact Peyton Manning, and the promo shows him touching on the lead-up to the 1998 Draft. Looks like this could range over the formation and struggles of the Colts up to 2006.

For those who haven't seen the America's Game series, it's a fantastic production by NFL Films that chronices all 40 (now 41) Super Bowl champions. Check out the official website (http://ag.nfl.com/) and the detailed wiki page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/America's_Game:_The_Super_Bowl_Champions) to learn about it and get a taste. I absolutely love the series and recommend every Colts fan try to see this upcoming episode. I'm sure it will end up on the interwebs somehow, for those without NFLN.

The story of the 2006 Colts is told from the perspective of Colts Head Coach Tony Dungy, [quarterback Peyton] Manning, and Colts center Jeff Saturday. The show is narrated by Emmy Award-winning actor Donald Sutherland.

Cool story about Marvin Harrison in the AFCCG in that article.

Great episode. The look back on the Colts and the focus on the playoffs didn't allow them to touch on the regular season a lot, but it was nonetheless an interesting and fun watch.
