I thought Scout Inc.'s quick glance of teams signature plays were pretty damn interesting.. some offensive, some defensive.

ya know i didn't think Rhodes had that many weak side sacks... i watched every game and i'm pretty sure we'd run that play off of shaun ellis not kimo...

If this were last year the Raiders signature play would have been the blown block and QB lay down by Walter, it never failed to happen multiple times a game.

Whoa, ESPN couldn't be more wrong.. The Lions have quite a few more signature plays than the one they listed..

am i the only pack fan who holds his breath during the quick pass thinking it will be incomplete, but it always seems to work

Shocker that they chose the Colts' staple play. Actually, I'd've been surprised had they chose anything other than the stretch play.

I figured ours would involve TJ or maybe Henry, Carson/TJ are never shy to connect up the middle.

I do it too.

Almost every time Favre throws that or something deep/target can't be seen by the camera at the time he lets go, I do.

clevelands was running it up the middle and coming up short no matter how close they were

They are spot on with the slant route for the Packers. They ran an amazing amount of slants the last few years, trying to get the ball out of Favre's hands quickly because of a questionable o-line and they want Driver to get the ball in space. They tend to run it more on 2nd and 3rd downs.

A couple years ago the Packers signature plays we're a toss called U571 (or something like that and the screen to Ahman Green.

U-71, the 71 referring to Kevin Barry who would come in at TE. It was definitely the screen pass during the Sherman era though. They got it right with what they have aswell.

I remeber, Number 71 is now reporting as an eligible reciever. I saw them use against washington

The eagles should be the "Have McNabb run around for 6 minutes until Freddie Mitchell is open (and then pray he catches it)"

The other team would know it was coming because they only used that formation for that run and it still worked.

Actually, they may have added a pass out of that formation for a year or two but I know for a few years they didn't have one.

Don't forget the soon to be used LJ on the stretcher play.

Cam Cameron's favorite red-zone play is the RB pass. I am on record that Ronnie Brown will have as many red-zone touchdowns as Trent Green.

Raiders last year ''best play'' was the sack. Worked every time we wanted to lose yards!

Pffft. He'll have more TDs returning punts.
