Here it goes:

1. Oakland Raiders: Jake Long, OT, Michigan
Good pick, fills a need.
2. Atlanta Falcons: Brian Brohm, QB, Louisville
With the way Joey played yesterday, he will be the pick.
3. New York Jets: Darren McFadden, RB, Arkansas
a)they will not finish here.
b)Thomas Jones will still be around for a few more years.
4. Tampa Bay Buccanneers: Steve Slaton, RB, West Virginia
Too high for Slaton and not the biggest area of concern for the Bucs.
5. Cleveland Browns: Glenn Dorsey, DT, LSU
I actually like the pick.
6. Kansas City Chiefs: Colt Brennan, QB, Hawaii
Way too high for Colt and I think Huard is better than he is given credit for.
7. Arizona Cardinals: Calais Campbell, DE, UM
He could be a nice DE in a 3-4 that the Cards are switching to.
8. Detroit Lions: John David Booty, QB, USC
Way too high for Booty and the Lions would be better picking Phillips here, IMO.
9. Green Bay Packers: DeSean Jackson, WR
Not bad, not great. Fills a need.
10. NY Giants: Felix Jones, RB, Arkansas
HORRIBLE PICK!!!! Not even one of the top 5 RBs and I would prefer Phillips in a heartbeat if he fell to us. Sam Baker just as much.
11. St. Louis Rams: Kenny Phillips, S, UM
Great pick for the Rams, except I don't see Phillips still being here at 11.
12. Tennessee Titans: Justin King, CB, PSU
They just got Griffin...
13. Dallas Cowboys: Tom Zbikowski, S, Notre Dame
A Roy Williams Clone who is a worse tackler.
More to come.

I left you some comments. =p

I left you some comments. =p

Most comments are good but I think Calais Campbell would be a little bit of wasted talent as a 3-4 DE. He is an elite pass rusher, if he would be anything in a 3-4 I'd put him at OLB, but I like him best as a 4-3 LE.

I would't really call Zbikowski a Roy Williams clone. Roy is a much better tackler and better in run support.

Yeah, I didn't hate the Campbell pick because I didn't see any LB to take at that spot. Maybe Lauranitis if he declares or Quentin Groves if he continues to play with consistency.

I meant that Zbikowski is a Roy Williams clone in the effect that neither of them can cover worth a damn.

The Lions drafted a QB of the Future in last year's draft, remember?
And JDB 8th overall? Doubtful.

The Titans won't even be considering a CB unless PacMan Jones is kicked out of the NFL and Michael Griffin gets moved to FS or just craps out for some reason. Not to mention, we are pretty deep at CB with Nick Harper, Cortland Finnegan, Michael Griffin, and Reynaldo Hill. Not to mention, if we get PacMan back, we can have an excellent secondary. So King is a bad pick.

This mock is awful. Players that don't fit the team's system right, picks in positions that teams just drafted for, players that have no business being in the top 11... Just awful.

Brennan, Slaton, JDB, Jones and Zbikowski are nowhere near the top 13.

It'd be tough to take McFadden there with a crowded backfield and no offensive line.

It's tough to get a pick that really fits for the Jets that high, so BAP is the way to go.

Absolutley terrible packer pick. We've drafted 2 first day WR's in the last two years. Jennings has showed flashes and I believe he was 2nd only to Colston in rec yards for rookies and James Jones was just drafted in the 3rd. Ruvell Martin has also showed some flashes and could be a good deep threat down the road

Seriously dude? Just no . . . it's defense all the way for Detroit. CB or DE.

Still just as bad of a pick. Both teams run a 3-4, and Dorsey is no noseguard.

Worst Lions pick ever. Double automatic fail.

Lions are taking Defense.. DE, MLB, S, CB.. we could use any of those.

And the Lions took Drew Stanton in Round 2 last year.. He's our QB of the Future (unfortunately).. We won't be picking any QB's for a while.

If this is a serious attempt it is pretty poor. The Buc's are not going to draft a first round running back, period.

Oaktown1981

If Oak gets the 1st pick they wouldn't draft an OT. They would either draft McFadden or trade down.

1. Oakland Raiders: Jake Long, OT, Michigan
2. Atlanta Falcons: Brian Brohm, QB, Louisville
3. New York Jets: Darren McFadden, RB, Arkansas

I think they need to focus more on their defense....

4. Tampa Bay Buccanneers: Steve Slaton, RB, West Virginia

Need a QB, and would likely take a QB, DT, DE.

5. Cleveland Browns: Glenn Dorsey, DT, LSU

Glenn Dorsey is not a 3-4 DE or NT. He's a 4-3 UT.

6. Kansas City Chiefs: Colt Brennan, QB, Hawaii

Still haven't given Croyle a shot, They need an OL.

7. Arizona Cardinals: Calais Campbell, DE, UM

Arizona is going to a 3-4 Scheme and Campbell doesn't fit it.. he is more of a top 5 pick as well.

8. Detroit Lions: John David Booty, QB, USC

I doubt they take a QB again. They haven't even gotten Drew Stanton ready and you are giving them another QB.. They do need a QB but thats why they drafted Stanton last year, they need defense (DE)

9. Green Bay Packers: DeSean Jackson, WR

I don't think the Packers need a WR, but thats just me. I could be wrong.

10. NY Giants: Felix Jones, RB, Arkansas

I REALLY DOUBT that Felix Jones is the 2nd RB taken. NYG is in shambles on defense. I'd give them a LB or DB. They're not having trouble on offense (Ward, Jacobs)

11. St. Louis Rams: Kenny Phillips, S, UM

Good pick if he falls this far.

12. Tennessee Titans: Justin King, CB, PSU

Another good pick if he falls this far.

13. Dallas Cowboys: Tom Zbikowski, S, Notre Dame

Tom Zbikowski is a Strong Safety. And he's not that good of one. I think at best he's a round 3 guy. The Cowboys need a FS before they draft a SS. Zbikowski won't improve their secondary coverage.
