They are 0-2, you can't complain about their position as of now.

Colts traded their 1st round pick to 49ers.

You gave the Vikings, the team with arguably the best DT's in the NFL another DT? We just re-signed Pat Williams and he isnt showing any signs of a dropoff. We would take Kenny Phillips there.

if the niners draft an OLB, it will most likely be cushing or gholston not bruce davis just because both cushing and gholston are just as good of pass rushers and they both have experience in dropping off into coverage

I'm curious as to why you see Chris Long as a legitimate pick for the Buccaneers.

definately can't argue with the pick for the jets, because as of now they are 0-2. I have always hated when people said "we should have won that game," well ya didn't. Like charles barkley said I shouldn't be fat, but i ate all them burgers. As far as im concerned, for the most part, you are as good as your record shows. Regardless, I love keith rivers, but not for the jets. I think he is too undersized to play inside linebacker in the 3-4 and far to undersized to play olb in the 3-4. The jets drafted David harris last year who they plan on starting inside with vilma (hopefully he turns into a stud). I like the idea of picking an OLB, but more in the form of the DE/OLB form. I think if quentin groves is still on the board then i beleive he would definately be the best choice. Unforunately, i dont think he'll be around when the jets are picking. In that case i would like a vernon gholston (not sure if he is gonna be entering the draft) or tommy blake (gotta see more of him).

If Phillips gets picked right before the Titans, I'm gonna punch a baby.

As for Ellis, we do have a need at DT, but not in the area of pass rushing. If we draft a DT, it will be a run-stuffer who can take up space. Unlike Dorsey and Okam, Ellis doesn't fit that mold. Plus, our only run-stuffing DT, Albert Haynesworth, is a FA after this season and has character concerns. And, even if we do re-sign Haynesworth, another DT to help with the run would be welcome.

Our biggest needs are WR, DT, and FS. FS more so than DT if Corey Simon amounts to something.

I wouldn't be a fan of drafting him as an UT. LE might be a better option for him. I think we would be better off with a guy like Dorsey or Ellis if we were to draft a defensive tackle in round 1.

CB is the right choice for GB

The draft slot and the position for the Lions both look good to me. Don't know much about Brinkley though. I imagine Maulauga, Goff or Laurianitis would also be a candidate if the Lions wanted a MLB at that spot.

If McFadden drops that low you better take him. Your running back situation is not good enough to pass on someone like him. You can get another CB or LB of similar value in the second round. You won't get another McFadden in a long time.

I dont think Miami would pass on McFadden as it seems Ronnie Brown is a bust.

Best player in the draft sitting there and we need an offensive playmaker? Hard to say no

Cushing's best position would likely be Buck ILB. Gholston is going to be a monster OLB for a 3-4 team..

Bruce Davis is a 2nd-3rd rounder in my opinion, but I think your reasoning for passing on Davis is a little ignorant. Davis Played OLB at UCLA. He started there in 05 but injuries forced him to move back to DE. He needs to add some weight, but he's going to likely be a OLB in the NFL regardless of scheme.

In fact I'd almost wager that he has more experience in coverage than Gholston.

I love the Steelers pick. I'm a bigger fan of Vernon Gholston. But Harvey would be an awesome DE/OLB for us.
