Felix Jones would be a candidate as a KR/PR if he were to come out..
Dorien Bryant of Purdue
Kevin Robinson of Utah State
Anthony Alridge of Houston
Lavelle Hawkins of Cal
I havn't really assembled a list...but those are some names.
I like Alridge the most though..even though Houston has held him out of return duties. He is probably the most explosive player in the country, and has ******** speed...I'd think if he ran anything over 4.35 would be a disapointment for him, but he's so small..so he may be limited in the NFL.

A few other good ones are Georgia RB Thomas Brown, Oregon State's Sammie Stroughter, USF CB Trae Williams (isn't doing it this season but still can), and VT WR Eddie Royal.

Mikey Henderson from Georgia, he is averaging 14.8 over 13 punt returns. He also had 3 returns for TD last year. He is the guy who caught the game winning TD this week.
Thomas Brown is avg 27.0 on 10 KR

No he is a senior, he spend his first few years at CB and this his 2nd year at WR.

Good one, Tracy is one of those players that knows how to run with the ball. Great after the INT and on punts.

Desean Jackson and Felix Jones no doubt. Both juniors, but both should be the draft anyways.
Names to watch for 2009 and 2010: Clemson KR Jacoby Ford and Ohio State KR Ray Small (dude looks exactly like Ted Ginn out there if you watch him run, it's uncanny, just a 4.40 guy, not a 4.30 guy.)

Nope, he hasn't returned many in the first place. He is a great return man no doubt though.
Porter had a GREAT return last Saturday against Minnesota, probably 50 yards. He made a lot happen by himself too. one of the Minnesota players had the angle on him and was running even but Porter just somehow pulled away.
The website doesn't have highlights up yet, but they should be soon.
