What does everyone think about our Buc's heading into Carolina to take on the Delhomme-less Panthers?

With Carr as the starter I think the Buc's should be able to take out this one relatively comfortably.

Maybe 21-14 or thereabouts.

I see a blow-out 35-7 bucs, i think carrs gonna be in hell when where in the backfield soon as the balls snap on the other side of the ball i see jeff to galloway/ alex smith all day and caddy to wear them out

not so fast i really dont think david carr is much of a drop off if it all to delhomme and with a stable O-line actually in place in carolina it looks like its gonna be a very close game

Carr doesn't get rid of the football, 28-7 Bucs.

Always a tough game, and I have a hard time seeing a win on this one. I think it will be close, but Peppers and S. Smith have given the Bucs fits in the past.

I'll say 17-10 Panthers. Hope I'm wrong, and if I am I may have to temper my pessimism a little.

I'm not gunna predict, bad things happen when I do, but if we continue to lpay like we've been playing, this game shouldn't be too close

The Bucs are looking fantastic. I can't believe they are blanking the Panthers. You guys clearly are going to own the division this year.

The Panthers have two total sacks. haha, don't get too excited.

Crown their ass.

But you obviously haven't watched the Panthers/David Carr.

If Delhomme plays it is at least a game. Carr is just awful.

They should have kept Chris Weinke.

Yeah, would have gotten the same result.

Plus his name adds a little comic relief.

Yeah that really blows. He was playing quite well. The injury did not look pretty at all. The way his knee bent was extremely unnerving. I guess we'll find out the official diagnosis soon.

Although it has to be bad with him going down as you never want to see a big name back go down (Saints with Deuce), I do have to say that he was not running like I thought he would. I like the way Michael Pittman and Ernest Graham have looked more so than the Cadillac.

Don't get me wrong, Graham and Pittman are playing great this year, but neither of them can replace a healthy Cadillac, even though we haven't seen him for a while. We will see how this really effects the Buc's next week as we will see how the loss of Deuce effects the Saints.

The Colt's will give us a great indication of where we are as a team. If our defense can stand up to their might offense I will be very impressed.

Is Arron Sears starting? How's he been so far?

He had a few lapses early on with technique and leverage, but other than that he has stayed off the radar. That's a good thing for an offensive lineman, as is our record, rushing statistics and pass protection. Take that for what it's worth.
