Do you feel he is the real deal and were would you project him when he comes out?

he's a true freshman that doesn't know 25% of his team's playbook. WAY too early to make any judgements. he does have good enough physical tools (understatement) to succeed though.

He has amazing arm strength but i mean come on he has proven nothing... wait till the end of sophmore season if you even want a somewhat knowlegible answer on this... its liek saying a QB will be the best ever in his frist game of his rookie season.

Well, Mallett has all the physical attributes in the world, but he doesn't have the mental aspect down yet. Maybe it's because he only knows a limited amount of the playbook or maybe it's because he's inexperienced, but he hasn't looked good this year. I think it's interesting to note that when Mallett is in the game Michigan struggles mightily to move the football. However, when Chad "The most overrated prospect ever, 4th or 5th Round pick at best, Sucks worse than John Navarre" Henne is in the game, Michigan moves the ball with ease.
