With Jerome Carter on IR, Todd Johnson injured, Isaac Bruce and Dante Hall all on the injured list, the Rams have signed WR Brandon Williams and S Bhawoh Jue.
Not much in Defensive backs in the UFA market but hopefully he is a decent backup. Williams is a rookie and will be known as the guy who dropped the punt in the game against the 49ers. I actually liked him after seeing a Wisconsin Football game on telly, jeeze this guy has some wheels. He is a good returner but needs experience and is no slouch at Receiver.
