Those are some very interesting chargers picks. If we get Staley, Olivea could move to the middle, but if that situation happened where all the players we targeted got picked, I could see us trade down for multiple picks. In the second, Williams fills a need but is another reach in the second, but i could see it happening depending how he does at the combine.

Quinn Pitcock is a real weird pick. Otherwise, Bowe and Meriweather are nice values.

Levi Brown because he killed tim crowder in senior bowl and also because two years ago carr was sacked over 20 times in the season, and if they get another good offensive lineman they can have a better running attack without having to get a really good runningback

Steelers could use him on 3-4 as an outside LB or DE

Aaron Rodgers played a half a game and got injured, if favre has his surgery and is bad, which he won't be, he will also need a young WR because Driver is getting old and Sidney Rice is a young WR with good hands and is fast and tall. He was on a bad team with two different QBs, he can go that high if he does well at the combine

Tiki Barber is probably going to retire, so they need a player to fill in for him and help Brandon Jacobs carry the load, power and speed, almost all the teams that made it to the playoffs had a two-back system

The patriots let the colts have the extra point on a draw and weren't getting in manning's face, pitcock is fast and big and has talent, but he was on an ohio state team with very few outstanding defensive talents, that's why their games were usually high scoring.

The Browns need defense, and Moses can be an LB or DE and play opposite Kameron Wimbley who had a good rookie year.

Drew Stanton almost beat Notre Dame singlehandedly and had the biggest comeback agains Northwestern where he was amazing. I love Chris Simms and Gradowski isn't bad but he wasn't good, they need a leader at QB and Stanton can be that guy

OK Tennessee needs offense (WR) but also a good DE won't hurt because you already know Vince Young can work with the WR's he has and with him they can compete with Indianapolis and get to the playoffs

Joe Thorpe winner, I know it looks like he dropped, but i didn't even see him during the senior bowl, and the north blew the south out. He will probably be a late first early second.

I know Merriwether probably should be in the first, but he had character issues and still the south lost to the north. He will most likely go in the late first to early second too anyway.

And the lions will draft a QB because kitna is in his mid 30's and i don't know their backup, plus brady quinn can actually win with the WR he has who were almost all first round picks right?

Also Rice will probably go later too.

I know more than half if not all draft picks of mine won't come true, but the combines haven't happened yet, so i don't know what will happen.

Would be two great picks for the Saints, but I have a feeling both of them will be gone when it's our turn to pick.

LB51

Naw I think that hughes might be there because his stock dropped after the Tennessee game when Meachem defilled him, and Olsen might because he didn't really stand out this year, but he's good, I live 5 minutes away from his old neighborhood in Wayne, NJ. He was a beast

I don't like Levi Brown for us and don't see us taking an OT in the 1st day, much less 1st round, unless of course Joe Thomas is available at #8. Taking Eric Weddle with Brandon Meriweather and Chris Houston on the board is also a bad pick for us.

LB51
02-06-2007, 06:54 PM
Man, you know your line stinks, and he didn't allow one sack or hurry in the senior bowl. The only reason the north won is because of their lines. Look for the players on those lines to go earlier than expected.

Bengals have zero need for an OT.

I'd rather see Revis in the first and no doubt Charles Johnson in the 2nd or if you did Griffin in the first then Houston or Ross.

1 San Francisco 49ers Gaines Adams DE Clemson

give him to the dolphins OLB is one of the biggest needs on the team and adams is the best defensive player in the draft no way we pass on him for a Safety which we took first round last year and bell is a very good safety as well.

second round is poor too for davis is NOT a 3-4 ILB

he is a 4-3 LB

give us meriweather in the second if you wanna give us a CB/S

or a houston or a beekman/kalil or grubbs

but in the first please never pass on gaines adams for miami he would be number 1 on our draft board, perfect to play across from JT and then takeo ver for him in time.

both are bad picks for the raiders. AD or CJ please. OG isnt a need. OT is though. we already have 2 young guards we drafted lasy yearm who did pretty well

Bad phins draft.... Buster is ok in the second, and I guess Nelson is ok.. but they just won't happen. Give us either Ginn or Moss or Timmons or Gaines or at least Levi in the first, those would all be better!

Blalock is a first rounder, and stuckey did very well in senior bowl despite the outcome

not a first anymore and is more of an early second round pick, I know the difference isn't that much, but I'd rather have Tank Tyler in the first and merriweather in the second

the last thing the cowboys need is defensive line, a young, talented lineman is what you need, but i think you might need DBs more

kwilliamsfa
02-07-2007, 06:22 PM
Denver picking a CB in round 1? Not likely. Then a WR in round 2? Even less likely.

Denver needs pass rush. If that isn't addressed in the draft (or through free agency) we're screwed. Shanny also wants a workhorse RB. OT is another area of weakness.
