I watched the last 2 episodes of Spartacus both were good.I was disappointed that they replaced the girl that played Naevia(Crixus GF) with some new girl. She is not as hot.

Also I hope Crixus didn't get killed at the end of episode 3

I think Ashur is too smart to kill Crixus, hence the blow to the had instead of a kill wound

Am kind of jarred by the recasting so far, but Liam has done a pretty good job working for Andy. Loved the latest episode at least.

I watched the first episode of Luthor with Idris Elba today, and it was mind blowingly good. Definitely will be checking out the rest of the series. That, along with Sherlock, has moved BBC up several notches in my books as of late.

I watched the first episode of Luthor with Idris Elba today, and it was mind blowingly good. Definitely will be checking out the rest of the series. That, along with Sherlock, has moved BBC up several notches in my books as of late.

Yeah I watched that on netflix a while ago and thought it was good. I liked Sherlock a loooooot more though. Idris Elba is the man.

Also, I haven't watched the new Futurama episodes, but when it came back I started streaming the first new episode and just got put off because the voices sounded different and haven't bothered watching them. But anyways, last week in class my TA just randomly started laughing at this "argument" two of my classmates got into and then just started quoting stuff from the Futurama episode with the neutral planet and no one else knew what he was talking about. I have a new best friend as a result of this, and a better grade.

Well, I think this can be explained with one scene. Dale (the old guy) just so happened to take a complete shot in the dark about the fact that he thinks Shane killed Ottis (the fat guy), shot him and used him as bait to get away from zombies to bring back Carl's medicine. It was just a gut feeling.........

So they made Dale psychic in season 2.

Mind you that was one scene.

Am I missing something with Happy Endings? A lot of people on here seem to like it. I watched it again last night an I thought it was just awful. I just can't imagine any of those people existing in real life. The dialogue between the black guy and his girlfriend is especially terrible. I didn't watch the first season, is that the problem?

I'm glad you didn't, but it still strikes me as odd. Those shows you named aren't significantly different in tone or comedic style, besides having that mockumentary, talking head component.

Oh no. Two and a Half Men is horrendous. I can't believe Rob and 2 Broke Girls are even able to be on the air. I do like BBT more than most on here. But that isn't some ringing endorsement. Awake is a new drama starting on NBC (March 1st) about a guy who gets into a car accident and begins to live two lives.. one where his wife died, and one where his son died. Every time he goes to sleep he bounces between them and he can't figure out why.

He's also a police officer and the clues from one life help solve cases in the other and vice versa. It's a little out there as a theme, but the pilot was great and Jason Isaacs is the man.

The 4th season of Dexter was really good, but only because of Trinity. They still did their jumbled non-story telling nonsense. To claim it is better than anything on Brodys list is just false. I still can't believe people defend Dexter. The only truly amazing season of that show was 1. Everything after it has been pretty bad.

Any single season of Breaking Bad or Mad Men is already better than anything Dexter has ever done, including the first season.

It always annoyed me that NBC never it on the schedule. Critics praised it when they all saw the pilot last summer.

They went back to the drawing board with a few episodes and tweaked the pilot a bit as early as a month or two ago, which is why they didn't start to air it in January when they first intended to.

I do agree though. The pilot was very good. I said this a few days ago:

Saw the pilot for "Awake" tonight and I thought it was pretty damn awesome. I'll definitely add this to my rotation when it starts to air in March.

edit: The creator said they're not going to do the "It was all a dream!" cop out ending that some shows do, so at least it won't end on a stupid note. Or it won't end on THAT stupid note.

Up All Night will still be on the same night, in its post-Office slot. Community will be put back into the slot it had previously, right up against BBT.

So, so, so happy Communtiy is coming back soon. But sad that P&R has to take such a long break. Why can't I have multiple nice things at once?

They want Up All Night to finish it's episode run. I'm not hearing good news about Up All Night being renewed but I am hearing good things of Community possibly coming back for another season.

Who knows if that will end up happening or not. NBC is broadcasting three new comedies Bent (March 21st), Best Friends Forever/Betty White's Off Their Rockers (April 4) so I'm guessing we'll have to wait and see how those do.

You will, however, have a few weeks where both Community and Parks air on the same night, which will remind us all of the glory days..

I'm not even sure the ratings for Community matter anymore, unless it somehow drastically fell off a cliff. If it continues to get around what it did when it stopped airing I think it'll be renewed.

NBC knows what it has in this show and they might get a deal from Sony which is too good to pass up. Sony has been known to give away shows that are close to syndication numbers before.
