Do not PM any of the trade commish's or me.
email all your free agency offers and trade offers to this address: MLBmockNFLDC@gmail.com
Free Agency will begin when all the teams are filled. Teams will have 2 days to make offers to their free agents and pick up options on players.
I would just like to add that if you'd like to add no-trade clauses or performance bonuses in your contract offer, that is perfectly fine.
Trade #1
Kansas City receives
OF Elijah Dukes
Tampa Bay receives
RHP David Riske
Trade REJECTED
Arizona receives
RHP Brian Bannister
Kansas City receives
OF Carlos Quentin
If Kansas City wants to re-submit this with reasoning we will re-visit this trade. However, with no reasoning provided we cannot see why KC would trade Bannister in a deal like this.

LHP Kenny Rogers - 1 year, $8 million
Tampa Bay Devil Rays

I really don't like this deal, but Texas and Tampa were trying to get a deal done and this was the best one in our opinion. Tampa gets a few major league players along with Thomas Diamond and Texas gets two really good prospects.

Trade REJECTED

Me and DChess both said no to this. It was a nice attempt, but if Minnesota isn't going to pay Santana, they aren't going to pay Glaus and Wells. Troy Glaus has 1 year and $12.75 million on his contract. Wells makes next to nothing for the next three years, but he has a NTC and is owed $86 million over the final four years of the contract.

may look like a lot for the angles to give up on the surface but they need to get rid of some of their players and getting a good starter in return makes the deal.
