Mike Duffy, of BaltimoreRavens.com, reports the Baltimore Ravens worked out free-agent QB Sam Hollenbach (Redskins) Wednesday, Oct. 24.

wats the good in this, we already have 3 Qbs on the roster...unless mcnair is going on IR i simply dont see this happening. Boller was just signed to an extension...and if they cut troy smith im officially not a ravens fan anymore. I really wanna see wat he is capable of.

You want to see him as a backup? Because thats all he'll ever be in this league.

It's this little thing that NFL teams have called the "Practice Squad". I'm not saying he's gonna even make it(Obviously he didn't make the Skins training camp roster for a reason), but our 2 guys are injury prone, so why the hell not? Depth is never a bad thing at any position.

Im sorry maybe you're not a Terps fan and have never seen Sam hollenbach play....HE SUCKS WORSE THAN McNAIR!

I read your entire post, but when you act like we're dumb and don't know what a practice squad is I kinda have to respond to it. And also if we we're gonna bring a QB to our practice squad why would it not be Drew Olson who knows our playbook and has experience here.

Um, that really wasn't my intent at all. Look, my point is that it's really not a big deal. Maybe Sam just kept calling them, and they finally caved in? At least he can provide his own transportation to Owings Mills seeing as the kid lives in the area.

It's so tangential that it just doesn't matter. I thought it was gonna be something like not giving Suggs a new deal when I read the topic. But Hollenbach? Who cares?

Hollenbach has the power to single handedly ruin this franchise for years to come even if he was only holding a clipboard. Don't you realize who Sam hollenbach is???? He's the football anti-christ, he must never wear purple unless its with the Vikings!!!!!!!
