http://www.mackbrown-texasfootball.com/image_lib/blalock_justin_081805_300.jpg

23 Kansas City Chiefs Robert Meachem WR Tennessee
http://www.absolutepigskin.com/images/articleimages/AbbyPigArticles/meachemtennesseeWR.jpg
Kansas City relied too much on L.J., he broke the amount of rushing attempts in a single season in the NFL, they need another target on the outside

Amazing Titans mock, i would love t if the draft turned out like that

WMD
02-10-2007, 09:16 PM
Brady Quinn is a good pick, but not "to get the ball to all those first round WRs".. There's only 2 left and only 1 of them has a guaranteed spot on the team next year.

Bad Vikings mock.

Jamaal Anderson and Anthony Gonzalez.

WMD
02-10-2007, 09:20 PM
Looking over it more, I highly doubt the Vikings would take Troy Smith.... They took a Round 2 QB last year by the name of Tarvaris Jackson.

LB51
02-10-2007, 09:25 PM
Troy Smith won the heisman and Jackson played one game and did average

First, why would the Patriots draft a defensive tackle?

Second, why would the Patriots take a WR at 24 with Patrick Willis on the board and no one at 25, 26 or 27 needing a WR?

How's Blades as a 3-4 LB?

The Raiders need a talented QB to get the ball in the hands of their playmakers.
What playmakers?

BIG Country
02-10-2007, 09:39 PM
Yes, because we all know winning the Heisman is a gaurantee that a QB is going to be a great NFL QB.

Also, OLB isn't what Carolina needs. ILB is the need area. Carolina used a 3rd round pick on James Anderson last year who they really like. He will most likely start this coming year at WLB. Dan Morgan is the ?. He has never been healthy.

Vikings4ever
02-10-2007, 09:43 PM
Troy Smith won the heisman and Jackson played one game and did average

Look at previous Heisman winning QBs over the past 30 years. Matt Leinart, Carson Palmer, Jason White, Eric Crouch, Chris Weinke, Danny Wuerffel, Charlie Ward, Gino Torretta, Ty Detmer, Vinny Testaverde, and Doug Flutie.

Palmer's looking good, Leinart has potential, Testaverde had a long, if unspectacular career, and Flutie had a couple decent NFL years.

Other than those exceptions, the list is full of pieces of crap.

EDIT: As for Jackson being average, he's played 2 and a half games. I give you this stat line in response:

62 of 114, 683 yards, 2 TDs, 8 INTs.

Give up? That's what Peyton Manning did his first 3 games.

Heck, Revis is there as well!! And Moss over Quin Pitcock PLEASE. We have Talent on our D-line (3 first round picks) and depth. LB is a need, and therefore Moss. Bowe is still a good pick though.

Gaines adams to Miami in the 1st he is BPA

Buster davis is not a 3-4 LB which is our need now a 4-3 ILB

Kalil or meriweather in the 2nd please

Stop giving the Bucs Drew Stanton at the top of the 2nd people.. It is a waste of a pick

Bills2083
02-10-2007, 10:20 PM
I'd rather we take Patrick Willis with our 1st pick. With our 43rd pick, not 44th pick, I'd take Josh Beekman, Michael Bush, Aaron Ross, or Chris Houston.

EHobbs27
02-10-2007, 10:42 PM
If Revis is there at 24, there is no way the Pats would let him by even if we resign Samuel. I like Bowe a lot though.

DT???? When will people learn. Have you heard of Vince Wilfork??
