I assume you're refering to Snakes on A Plane. Just so ya know: Jackson only took on the movie because he knew it was a joke. When they told him they were gonna change the title of the movie he said he would leave if they did. It wasn't ment to be a serious movie for him. Otherwise, Jackson is still the man.

I actually really liked Snakes on a Plane. Ya, it was dumb, but it was a good dumb. It wasn't supposed to be a serious movie. If you went into it looking at it like that, it was awesome. Samuel L Jackson just made it though.

I haven't seen it, but from what I hear it wasn't that bad a movie and I think people assume its bad becuse it has such a horrible title.

Im offended because you are making a ridiculous statement about a great actor. All actors, bad or good, wind up with crappy roles. I'd hate to hear who you think a "good" actor/actress is. And Im sure that actor/actress has had Oscar winning performace roles throughout his/her career. Stick to sports little guy.

I really liked the movie Fresh, he didnt really have a huge role though. Good movie, I'd recommend it.
Now that, that is out of the way, i'd say Pulp Fiction... I'm not really a fan of that movie but, he did play one bad dude.

A Time to Kill over Pulp Fiction cause it annoys me how trendy Pulp Fiction is, and I doubt A Time to Kill will get many votes.

It's trendy cause it's ******* brilliant.
And I hope those who voted for SWAT were doing it as a joke.
I would've voted for The Man, had it been there.

1. Pulp Fiction
2. Die Hard: With A Vengence
3. Long Kiss Goodnight
4. A Time to Kill
And anyone that says they dont like Pulp Fiction because it's "trendy" is only saying such things because it's now "trendy" to not like things that are "trendy". Catch my mother ******* drift?

A Time to Kill. one of my all time favorite movies and books.
There only needs to be two options in this thread, A Time to Kill and Pulp Fiction. And Pulp Fictio gets my vote.

My favorite Jackson movie was "Die Hard: with a vengence".
I acctually have yet to watch "Pulp Fiction" entirely, so I won't comment on it until I do.
He was great in a Time to Kill, that's my vote.

Ummm not so much.
And I never said I don't like the movie, it's just very annoying how trendy it is. You can only here people butcher the royale with cheese scene so many times before you want to rip your ear drums out.

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is thee, who in the name of charity and goodwill, shepards the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper, and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger, those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers! And you will know, my name is the Lord, when I lay my vengeance upon thee!

Out of the ones listed that I've seen, it'd have to be Die Hard: With a Vengeance. But I thought he was really good in Changing Lanes as well.

his best line in Die Hard: With a Vengeance was:
Zeus: Why do you keep calling me 'Jesus'? Do I look Puerto Rican to you?
John McClane: Guy back there called you 'Jesus'.
Zeus: He didn't say 'Jesus'. He said, "Hey, Zeus!" My name is Zeus.
John McClane: Zeus?
Zeus: Yeah, Zeus. As in father of Apollo? Mt. Olympus? Don't f**k with me or I'll shove a lightning bolt up your ass? Zeus! You got a problem with that?
great line

Dude, you can like Jackson all you want, I personally like him too, but it's generally accepted that he's a ******* terrible actor. That's one reason why a lot of people like him so much and he has no problem taking stupid roles. He's a walking cinematic joke.
That and Dave Chapelle.
