Who has USC beat to deserve being top 10?

it's not about who you beat when it's this late into the season it's about who you lost to.

USC lost to number 5 oregon and unranked Stanford.

Oklahoma lost to unranked Colorado and unranked TT.

ASU still has an outside shot at a BCS game bid, Who ever wins between Kansas and Mizz needs to lose to Oklahoma, we need to beat USC and Arizona & West Virginia needs to lose to either UConn or Pitt

Stupid how Georgia is ahead of ASU in the AP. Because a 2-loss team really should be there.

Really? The only thing holding Kansas back in the BCS is the human polls, and given that Kansas has gone from #4 to #2, and the margin b/w LSU is shrinking, I could def. see it happening...not saying it will, but I wouldn't be shocked

I'm surprised that the top 10 I made was actually close to this, normally what I think and what the polls says are completely different.

Look at the strength of schedule for both teams. Kansas SOS if far lower than LSU's SOS

Kansas has only play 3 ranked teams:

6-5 Oklahoma State
6-5 Texas A&M

and....

6-5 Central Michigan

This is definitely a test team. =D

I'm not arguing that Kansas should be #1, I'm arguing that they have the shot to be ranked #1...the computer favors undefeated teams, no matter what their SOS is

West Virginia played a very tough Cincy team in Cincy this week. Missouri played a horrible Kansas State team and Arizona State didnt even play.

It's not that big of a deal really. If Missouri beats Kansas this week they will have beaten the #2 ranked team in the country and I see no way in hell Missouri would not rise to #2. As long as Missouri then beats Oklahoma they should be in the championship game.

You are 100% correct. If WV can win out they are in fantastic position. Kansas loses on saturday then Mizzou losses to the OU or Texas and you guys are in. Also if LSU losses, it's a WV/Ohio State NC game which would be fairly interesting. Although ASU has a chance to get up there to but I think they lose on Thursday.

Yeah it's kinda of BS that Boise moved down but if they can beat Hawaii that would help greatly.

Nope, OU and Texas are both 5-2 with one loss coming from the North and one from the South. Oklahoma obviously has the heads up game, but if they lose to OSU and Texas beats A&M then Texas wins it.
