Where do you think Sed Ellis fits into the 3-4? Nose? My only worry with that is we have a 310 lb NT right now that was a top 5 pick in Dwayne Robertson, and he hasn't been doing much. I think we'd need a bigger guy there to be honest. I'd probably like it a little more if you gave the Jets Malcolm Jenkins or flipped the Jets and Bengals picks.

Ellis & Dorsey do not fit anywhere in the 3-4. I don't know where people get these ideas...

I'm pretty sure that whatever team gets Anderson won't have a first rounder come draft time.

Antoine Cason does't fit the prototype Corner that Wade Phillips uses in his schemes. I'm also not buying James Davis as a First Day selection.

That's why I gave them to Dallas. They are ****** picks.

CB that's a better fit? Smith, Ike?

Big, athletic, physical...especially at the LOS... able to disrupt receivers off their routes and mess up timing... good in run support and sure tacklers.

He prefers corners that will buy time for his blitzing schemes to work, rather than the man to man cover type that can cover for long periods.

Mike Jenkins, Chevis Jackson, Terrell Thomas come to mind.

As a RFA, there is no chance the Browns wouldn't ask for at least a 1st.

Really, there's no way Anderson leaves Cleveland this offseason for anything less than a 1st round pick and a 3rd round pick. They will tender him at the highest level, and I can't imagine them trading him for less.

Best Option in my mind. I don't think value is there on the offensive line, and I think Paul Spicer has more than proved he can be a starter in the NFL.

What other options are there, or is DE a bigger need than I believe?

Makes me sick to think we have a talented top 5 pick in Robertson and we are completely misusing him as a 3-4 NT. I mean he's a 4-3 DT but he'd do better as a 3-4 DE... but whatever Mangini is stubborn and won't change the defense.

Robertson was a force against the Steelers this past Sunday, from what I saw.

Jackson would be coming in to replace Galloway, not team up with him. It's up to Stovall to get the other spot.

For the Eagles if they don't pick Safety, I think they will go OT, because both of their OT are aging and getting injury prone. Williams is left and he is a road grader in run blocking, also would be able to play LT. So you can move Justice over to RT, where he is better suited.

Cards, if they do go 3-4 OLB/DE, they probably will i would think it would be Gholston, he is much better pass rusher. And he looks like he is juiced like Merrimen.

Steelers, yeah its going to be a linemen I would love for it to be Williams, but he got taken right before, so Oath is a good pick. Guard is another place they may go for with Faneca leaving.

I realize that, but Im saying over the next 1-2 years, until either stovall develops, Clayton steps it up, or we develop someone else.

Our pass rush this year is God-awful. The only time we can get pressure is when we blitz. I think we could go after a defensive end in free agency, such as Terrell Suggs, but if we don't, defensive end will no doubt be the pick.

He would get lots of playing time and he would be a valuable returner, but until Galloway retires he wouldn't start. He's too one-dimensional and doesn't give us anything that Joey doesn't offensively. Hillard or Stovall would start and DeSean would be 2nd string.
