Need Help Moving

So I have a big long story...but don't want to waste the time.

To make a long story short...I'm looking at moving into the Tampa area, and I was just curious if anyone from around the area had some input on jobs around the area...and where are the good places to live vs the bad.

I'm from the Tampa Area, but I'm still new to the area, so really can't help you.

god, why. what a terrible city. if think you mentioned clearwater instead of tampa, but on the off chance you didn't, i would avoid the USF area (also near the six flags). the nicest areas i found were a) along the water near downtown (bayshore blvd sounds familiar, but i'm not 100% sure), which was of course, surrounded by abandoned buildings/disgusting neighborhoods/etc., and b) up the bay halfway between tampa and clearwater on 584.

either way, I-275 and, iirc, I-4 were under heavy construction with very little work visibly being done as of last year. if you're living in clearwater and working in tampa... well... the bridge can have really, really awful traffic. it might be worth re-thinking.
