Horrible Eagles pick, Jon Beason would be a weak side LB in the NFL, and the Eagles already have 2 options there in Gaither and McCoy. If the draft turned out that way by the Eagles pick that would suck. I don't see Griffin going that high.

I dont see the Lions taking Peterson with Jones there, but then again i guess its possible.

U think the Viks will quit on Jackson that quick?

Jones has a pretty serious injury and running backs are on a short leash, so I can see the Lions going for Peterson.

I originally had Ginn to the Vikings on the basis that the Vikings need to draft or obtain a marketable offensive player this year. I figured though they may get scared off by Williamson though. I had them draft Russell for the reasons that they need a high profile player and Russell is more talented and more ready (not saying Russell is ready though) than Jackson. Jackson may be alright but the Vikings can't really expect to win the next couple of years with Jackson at QB.

Lawrence Timmons would be a better pick for the Eagles than Jon Beason. If Timmons is off the boards, then they should just go for a different postion because Beason will not fit in the Eagles defense

I just don't like Gocong or McCoy and also not sold on Gaither as a starter. Beason might not be the right pick, but the Eagles need LBs.

Totally agree. If we can't get the dynamic pass rusher in Gaines Adams...I like us to take 1 of the 2 QB's.

You will however take a lot of heat for putting Quinn ahead of Russell.

Jackson is a project with more questions than answers.
He has years to go before he could step behind center.
All 3 of the top QB's this year (Stanton and the 2 aforementioned) are
more prepared right now than is "T-Jax".
Plus the Vikes need an identity.
Steve Hutchinson's and Kevin William's faces aren't going to keep the season ticket holders happy for long.

Quinn is an Ohio boy, and with the Charlie Weis/ Romeo Crennel connection, I expect the Browns to prefer Quinn over Russell.

I don't like it. The team's primary needs are O-Line, FS, DE. While I do like Jarrett, I just think it is highly unlikely he is taken.

I had Anderson there originally, but I changed it to Jarrett on a whim thinking that Petrino wants to put weapons around Vick.

OLB is not the pick here. Like it was said before, he wouldn't fit in our system. Meriweather or a DE would be the pick.
