this draft order assumes that jacksonville, seattle and pittsburgh win their first round playoff games; and that Dallas and New England make the super bowl......and that Indy rests their good players week 17 vs Tennessee.

I think the Chiefs will jump ahead of the Jets because although the Jets are 3-11 and the Chiefs are 4-10 they play each other in week 17 in New York. I am going to go ahead and guess the Jets will win that one and with the Jets having a higher opponent W-L% I think the Chiefs will move ahead of them.

No. Head to head has nothing to do with it.

Minnesota will pick after of Tenn in that scenario keylime, as they would be a playoff team.

And winning a playoff game has nothing to do with it.
