Who amongst the guys in this draft are well known for their leadership? My Bengals need a that player or two that will challenge his teammate and take charge on the field.

J Leman & Glenn Dorsey. Those are the only 2 that I can name without a doubt.

JoLonn Dunbar, Boston College LB. 2 time captain as well as the vocal leader of the defense, not to mention a pretty good linebacker.

Malcolm Jenkins is a Vocal leader who will get in guy's faces and make them do better. He brings a ton of energy and gets pumped up after each play.

He also leads every team chant at the beginning.
