There are only 2 RBs I want to draft in the draft. Alridge or Johnson.

He would be the perfect scat back that could team up perfectly with MBIII.

Speaking of Aldridge, you can see him in the Texas Bowl on Friday night against TCU on the NFL Network. Another reason I'm looking forward to that game is that Tommy Blake is reported to be over all his problems and really dedicated again. If he's really back, he's a guy I wouldn't mind risking a mid-round pick for.

I really love Aldrige as well, ill be looking forward to seeing him play this week, and he is a homerun threat I think fits in well with Barber...

Alridge is that late 3rd mid 4th round range....Johnson looks like a solid 2nd at this point.

I agree with thule. If we really do want Alridge, it's gonna take using our 2nd round pick. He will probably be gone by the time we pick in the 4th.

With these 2 options, I'd rather not package our picks to move up for DMAC. I still think MB3 should carry the rock 75% of the time.

I think we would all love alridge or johnson in the second with upgrades on defense in the first if possible. That would be a great first day IMO.

EDIT: After looking at their posted height and weight, I still wouldn't mind having them on the team, but Felix Jones is much more appealing. These guys seem like they are too small to go between the tackles at the next level. Jones provides versatility that wont force us to use screens, draws, and stretch plays everytime he enters the game like these two might.

The leodis dude from Troy and Felix jones are my new flavor of the week picks for our first rounders.
