I will say you were crazily unlucky. Jason Collins has been left unguarded every game for every year in the league. Last night was the first time I can remember him making more than 3 field goals all game. When he hit 10, i fell off my couch in complete shock..

OK, we'll end sign ups right here. I know not all teams are filled, but not every team will make a trade anyways, so we'll just allow trading between the teams that have owners in this. I will make the draft picks for the teams without an owner. Drafting will begin Tuesday 1PM EST.

You may begin trading. As long as it passes the ESPN Trade Checker and agreed between all parties, then the trades stand. There is no trade approvals necessary. However, remember you are limited in trades as stated in the first post, so make them count.

princefielder28

Don't know where the Draft Thread is but since I have the 1st pick I will get things started..................

With the 1st overall selection the Milwaukee Bucks take:

http://i.a.cnn.net/si/2007/writers/seth_davis/07/02/hoop.thoughts/t1_jordan_si.jpg

Texas A&M C DeAndre Jordan

Explanation: DeAndre may not be able to make the biggest impact early in his career, but the Bucks believe he has the highest potential and will help give the Bucks the dominant big man that has been missing from them for quite some time. He'll be teamed with All-Star Michael Redd and rising young player in Yi Jianlian. With Theo Ratliff already on the roster there is no need for him to contribute right away and he gets a chance to learn the tools of the trade from a man that has been around for a good amount of time.

Yeah, nothing is really favorable for Chi in that trade, talent doesnt match up, and they are getting the older players in the deal. Not to mention it doesn't even address their biggest need.

Kirk Hinrich - Mavs now have a PG that Avery Johnson can work with. a PG who will look to pass first, hustle, and run the half court offense effiecntly. Though he has had his struggles this year, a change of scenery to a veteran team with a proven #1 and #2 scorers might be the thing he need.

Ben Gordon - A streaky scorer but an explosive one when he is on. Will add the instant offense from the bench that every team needs. Will replace what we lost in Stack,

Joe Smith - Shown to be a solid cog in the front court for any team. Can play the 5 if needed. With Dirk, Juwan Howard, Brandon Bass, Joe Smith, Erick Dampier, and Dasanga Diop, the mavs have a nice rotation of big men.

Kirk is really inconsistant, plus I think Terry is better then Kirk and more consistant. Terry can take the point or have DJ play the point and Terry at SG. Or, I can have Duhon play the point. Stackhouse can take Joe Smiths spot in the lineup. I could even start with Tyrus. Yes we are getting older, but I believe we are getting better. We still need that big, inside paint scorer, but I believe we can get him in FA or in the second round.

PF Josh Heytvelt, PF, Gonzaga.

Josh's ability to shoot the jumper off of the pick and pop fits in perfectly with our offense. He'll fill in the Nenad Krstic role perfectly. He gives us a great young rotation of big men along with Sean Williams and Josh Boone.
