Insane scenario for the Packers. Love it.

love the first 2 bears picks. RB is a need but they need an explosive HR threat at that spot if they address it, and im not sure rice has the top end speed for that.

also, the bears have SD's 3rd round pick, #92 in your draft. with it id suggest WR or a cover 2 safety

As a Falcons fan you really want to give us a LB in round 2? I don't think so...but it's your mock.

21 WAS JENKINS, Mike CB South Florida

I am worried about Jenkins run stopping ability. GW usually loves very physical corners who excel in man on man coverage. But if he drops to us I can see him getting a look.

52 WAS DOUCET, Early WR LSU

I think that Bennett could actually be a better fit if this is the route we decided to take but I think that the 3 wrs we'd consider are all off the board so I'd rather look at one of the guys below:

ALBERT, Brandon OG Virginia
COLLINS, Anthony OT Kansas
THOMAS, Terrell CB USC
MOORE, Dre DT Maryland
PORTER, Tracy CB Indiana

85 WAS MORGAN, DaJuan S North Carolina S

An article came out today on Redskins.com where Greg Williams praised the performance of Reed Doughty at S. I'd say that Oline, DLine, CB, WR, and more Oline are all bigger needs. These are some good olineman available that I like:

SCHUENING, Roy OG Oregon St
COUSINS, Oneal OT UTEP
MCGLYNN, Mike OG Pittsburgh

Agreed. I thinks it's great. May not shape out that way, but it's a nice scenario none the less. I really like it though.

not a very good browns mock

the davis pick is decent i guess...

however the 3rd round pick of a corner back makes no sense whatsoever we need D line or possibly a line backer there.... we have one of the better young secondaries in the league right now..... we drafted 2 corners last year that played very well so any addition there would be a veteran FA pickup

Good 49er mock, In the second I would prefer Pat Simms or Quentin Groves.

Not sure Manningham fits Martz system that well.

1. Baker OT
2. Simms DT
3. Davis OLB
4. Arrington WR

The Bills WILL NOT take a DE in round one. we just spent $74 million on Kelsay and Schobel.

1st round = I'd rather take Malcolm Kelly
2nd round = I'd take Quentin Groves here (he would play WLB for us)
3rd round = good pick (porter)
3rd round = good pick (carlson)

Not a bad eagles draft... going with DB in round 1 and WR in round 2... LB in round 3 is a possiblity but it would be for depth... I think if they went DB and WR in first two rounds, they would look at perhaps a backup DT or DE or another DB.... if they pick DBs the first four rounds I wouldn't be surprised... they need youth in that backfield...

I like the Smith pick in the first round, although I'd personally like McKelvin or Cason there...

Denver taking a WR in round 1 would be the biggest piece of ******* **** I have ever seen... however, with Shanahan's drafting habits, it could certainly happen.

Andre Caldwell in the 3rd is a great pick but Adibi and Woodson are poorly thought out selections.

the first 2 rounds for the giants are absolutely excellent. i would be ecstatic. the 3rd is def not bad, but im just not sure about it. i guess if slaton falls to us 3rd we should take him just for BPA. But we already have Jacobs, Bradshaw, Ward (hopefully hell come back hes a RFA) and Droughns is a good vet backup. it depends what we do with ward

giants picks are amazing, i dont think we'd pick slaton mainly because we have our speed back, but if we did it would be an amazing pickup

Don't really like Charles in Rd.1 for Dallas... Reminds me of JJ too much, plus it seems like he was at his best as a closer at UT, which is a role he's not going to play in Dallas with MB3. Personally I don't see us going for two offensive guys in the 1st when Jacques Reeves is playing slot corner. I could see Jerry Jones going for them, though, which scares me.

Obviously hate how our draft turned out. Can pretty much tell ya we won't go RB in round 1. We already have 5 RB's on our roster and will be tough to even find roster spots for them. We drafted Kenny Irons last year in round 2 and looks to be on track to come back. It looks tough with where we are and all the DL being gone by the time we pick. It also looked like we dropped down the draft boards in rounds 2 and 3. Shouldn't be have the 9th pick in each round?

Very, very good Vikings draft. However the Vikings have Denver's third round pick this year. A perfect pick at that position would be Martellus Bennett, and then the draft would be perfect.

Good first two picks, but I don't like the third round pick. No reason to go cornerback three years in a row when Antoine Winfield still does a decent job.

I usually don't comment on mock drafts, but I just have to know your reasoning for Jonathan Stewart for the Bengals. With Rudi Johnson, Kenny Irons, Chris Perry, Kenny Watson, and DeDe Dorsey, I just don't get it. The Bengals can't afford to put that much money into the RB position, and Irons will get his shot with Watson + Johnson before we think to draft a 1st Round RB, or any RB at all for that matter. Also, Groves doesn't fit as a LB in Cincinnati, we already have a couple guys just like him in Rashad Jeanty and Eric Henderson. If the pick is LB, a faster, more athletic MLB or WLB would be the better call.

I'm open to new ideas and it was refreshing to see someone mix it up, but in the end I'm not sure if you put down just any name at #9?

As much as I would like to see Highsmith in a Colts uni, I would much rather have Roy Shuening. He fills a much bigger need. Also, give the Colts then Shawn Crable in the 3rd.

rudi johnson is done might get cut, and i just guess that stewart is far better prospect than the others. also of chad johnson leaves i was thinking you would need a new id on offence

quentin groves reminds me a bit of david pollack but you guys lot him to injury so i guess lewis likes lb's like this and i think it would be a good pick up to get groves in the middle of the 2nd round, he is fast and i think he can play wlb

i see what you are saying about rb's i might think abount changing it in future

thanks for the input

Horrific first and third round picks. Corner is a need but can be addressed later. Safety is not even close to the top of our needs.

I like the first pick for the Saints. But in the second and third, give us Pat Sims and Dejuan Tribble instead. I can even see Curtis Lofton in the second if we are fully trying to upgrade the MLB and WLB positions.

Kevin Smith over Steve Slaton? 450 carries in a year does no back good. Slaton would go for Houston.

9 CIN STEWART, Jonathan RB Oregon

After listening to Bengals fans defend all of the running backs they have drafted early the past few years, this pick would bring an evil smile to my face.

16 ARI MENDENHALL, Rashard RB Illionis
51 ARI FLOWERS, Brandon CB Virginia Tech
82 ARI BLAKE, Tommy DE TCU

During day 2 of last year's draft while they were busy neglecting the actual draft, the ESPN crew conducted an interview with someone in the Cardinals front office. I forgot if it was the coach or GM. The jist of the interview was that they were planning to take a second offensive linemen in the second round, but couldn't pass on Alan Branch because they had him really high on their board. Taking that into account along with a pretty good OL draft, I don't think Arizona is going to go the entirety of day 1 without drafting an offensive lineman.

24 TEN MCKELVIN, Leodis CB Troy
This made a whole lot less sense before Adam Jones reminded us what a loser he is.

27 JAC BALMER, Kentwan DT North Carolina
Why would Jacksonville of all teams draft a defensive tackle in the first round?

28 S.D MERLING, Phillip DE Clemson
Where would he even fit in their defense? The Chargers certainly don't need an outside linebacker with the ones they already have.

37 NYJ BOWMAN, Adarilius WR Oklahoma St
WR is certainly on the list of Jets needs as they really don't have much of anyone behind Laveranues Coles and Jerricho Cotchery. But just the same, I'd be a bit surprised and a bit ticked if the Jets took a WR in the second round. The problems on the offensive and defensive lines are just that glaring.

40 S.F MANNINGHAM, Mario WR Michigan

Manningham across from Darrell Jackson seems counter productive. Alex Smith needs at least one person to throw to who won't drop the ball.

45 CHI BRENNAN, Colt QB Hawaii

After the thrashing he took in the bowl game, I'd be surprised to see Colt Brennan go anywhere near this early. Not to mention that, unless they take one in the first round, I'd be surprised to see Chicago go QB at all.

46 DET JOHNSON, Chris RB East Carolina
With the running backs they already have (Jones, Bell and Calhoun), why would they take another one?

6 NYJ GHOLSTON, Vernon DE Ohio St
68 NYJ JONES, Jason DE Eastern Michigan

The Jets don't need two OLB's and if they don't go OL or DL (or both) day one, the first person who needs to be cut on June 1st is Tennenbaum.

88 NYG SLATON, Steve RB West Virginia
Even if Derrick Ward leaves, which is not a certainty, the Giants still have three capable running backs in Brandon Jacobs, Ahmad Bradshaw and to a lesser extent, Reuben Droughns. I'd be amazed and more than a little disappointed if the Giants draft a running back day 1, even if its Slaton who IMO would be a very good value at this point.

Interesting pick for Indy and I probably wouldnt mind it but I would rather have Roy Shuening 2nd round and then give them Shawn Crable in the 3rd.

Drafting Colt Brennan to be a full time starter is a waste of a pick. He showed in the Sugar Bowl, he will be nothing more than a career backup.
