I'd rather go with Rivers in round 1, and Bowman in round 2.
If you really want to have Kelly going to us, then I'd rather take Erin Henderson in round 2.

It doesnt seem like a good idea to me, to go with a WR, then TE, when we have a lot of other needs.

01-16-2008, 03:59 PM
44. Denver Broncos- Craig Steltz, S, LSU

Bad pick:

- Terrible value in the 2nd
- He's a SS, while Denver desperately needs a FS

great raider picks

#21. Redskins - Harvey

I don't like that fit in DC. I legitimately believe that he isn't a bit over 250 lbs and is more suited to play the OLB spot in a 3-4 where I honesty think he could dominate. For that reason I don't even think hes got a shot of being on the board at 21. I'm really hoping for a trade down because there aren't many people I value at our pick but if I had to I'd go with a cb like Cason, an OT, or a DE more like Merling.

Bowmans pretty good value in the second though I have a feeling that we will take care of WR in FA or through a trade. If we dont then that picks possible so I don't have any issues with it right now.

like the packers draft.

01-16-2008, 04:22 PM
like KC's draft

01-16-2008, 04:38 PM
not sure if Lofton is a good fit for the 3-4 we will be running, so id rather go with Sam Baker there or possibly Quentin Groves, then Beau Bell or J Leman instead of Ellis.

andre woodson in the 2nd round? thats interesting

decent giants draft, too bad henderson did not fall to us or else it would b perfect

01-16-2008, 04:45 PM
I could definitely see a Desean Jackson and Lawrence Jackson combo come Day 1 of the draft. Nice effort.

01-16-2008, 04:45 PM
good Cardinals picks, you filled our biggest need with the 1st and gave Edge a great complementary back and a homerun threat in the 2nd

01-16-2008, 04:48 PM
An alright Packers draft. You have the needs down and apparently you cant go wrong with Jack Ike.

01-16-2008, 04:56 PM
Still dont really like the Eagles 1st pick.OT is a need but I think thats too early For Gosder Cherilus. Give the Eagles either Reggie Smith(Oklahoma) or Derrick Harvey(Florida) there as you have them both picked after the Eagles.I'm ok with Mario Manningham in the second though.

I'd be the happiest football fan anywhere.

Okay Ravens draft & Good Houston pick.

01-16-2008, 09:09 PM
Tony Hills in the second round is a bit too high for me. I think with the amount of talent in the offensive tackle position and the injury that he had that put him out for the season last year, Hills will fall to the third round. It's not like he even fits our scheme, he's a 305 lb. offensive lineman, but he does have the frame to get bigger, so I can see where the Falcons would want him in the third round, but not the second round.

Solid Patriots picks.

01-16-2008, 09:21 PM
whoa this draft actually fills the Raiders two biggest needs. Great picks.

01-16-2008, 10:16 PM
I'm not saying we couldn't draft a weakside LB but I doubt it. We have 2 FA's who both play the weakeside and we are exchanging offers with both of them now and we want to keep them both. Of course, if we fail to sign one of them then ya good pick. You might also want to consider DE in round 2 b/c Justin Smith likely won't be back and we won't have a starter or a real backup there.

01-17-2008, 07:48 AM
Nice first round pick for the Vikings. I doubt we go defense in the first 2 rounds though. It would be better to go with a WR or a TE in the second round to give some targets to Jackson, especially since LB is not such a need for us this year.

01-17-2008, 08:09 AM
Excellent Cowboys draft, excellent....id fall in love if we got playmakers in Felix Jones and Devin Thomas, and still got a db like reggie smith...that fills alot of needs we have...granted we may go OT if flozell isnt resigned or other areas, but honestly cb, wr, rb are three spots I think we go in the first 2 rds...good job

01-17-2008, 08:27 AM
GREATTTTTTTT rams draft, Jake Long and Groves would be huge for the rams and would give us a a great edge-rusher to fill in for Little and a security blanket for Pace and Barron

01-17-2008, 10:36 AM
I really like the Vikings picks, I think Henderson would be able to take over for Leber in a year or two, and it would be quite the LB corps with the Henderson brothers and Greenway.

Perfect Jets draft

01-17-2008, 11:53 AM
Bad pick:

- Terrible value in the 2nd
- He's a SS, while Denver desperately needs a FS

I agree. Steltz will not go in round 2.

I like the Vikings first round pick but I think we go Harvey if we can chose between him and Campbell. In the second I think we go Mannigham, Bowman, or hills over Henderson because I think WR and OT are far more pressing needs then OLB which we are fairly set at.

01-17-2008, 01:01 PM
Id rather have the bucs take Okam or Pressly rather than a DE, cause they have 2 good bookend while thier interior is getting old and isnt overall impressive
