View Full Version : Our new offensive coordinator

Now that Chan Gailey, who Broncos wanted, is snatched up by Chefs, who are the possibilities?

1. Karl Dorrell: His name's been surfaced as possible front-runner. He was our WR coach little while ago, but not sure about QB coaching skills.

2. Norm Chow: He'll be coaching somewhere soon, as he has good reputation as a great offensive coordinator.

Any other names out there?

In the Denver Post today they talked about Jeremy Bates getting moved up to 'Dinger's position and hire Dorrell to coach WR's.

i like chow and i think he'd fit our offense better than he did in tennessee (where, in all honesty, i don't think he did a bad job given the talent level). *shrug*

Chow lobbied for Leinart, who fits better in his offense. He had to work with Vince Young who's not prototypical drop-back passer. I think Chow would've had better results.
