I'll go team by team...

Chucky- with Howard and Bosh you've got two big men who can score and rebound but they won't get you THAT many points...Josh Smith is a do it all player and Deron Williams will get you the assists plus at least 20.0 ppg...Jason Kidd and Paul Gasol are good reserve players that can step in and pick up where the others left off....

T-Rich- Steve Nash and Tim Duncan are your two best players...they will get their stat lines night in and night out...Carmelo Anthony is a good option at SF but he doesn't really rebound or get assists like other SF's, but he's always a scoring threat...Lamarcus Aldridge and Paul Pierce are good rebounding scoring guys...and AI is a good scoring threat while getting you some assists...the only bad note I'd have to say is that Andrew Bynum, while he was performing at an all star level, is now injured and won't be back for another month and a half...

Thetedginnshow- Kevin Garnett is the best player in the league right now, he does it all. Dwayne Wade and Baron Davis are great scorers who get the mid range amount of assists and rebounds. Al Jefferson is becoming an all star and is putting up numbers like he already is one. Gilbert Arenas is still a great scoring threat and Kirelinko is a great double-double do it all type player....

Fenikz- Chris Paul, I would say, is the best all around point guard in the league...right now. He's averaging 20.0+ ppg and 9.0+ assists....Yao Ming, while having a less than his normal self year is still one of the best centers in the league...Amare Stoudemire is a great scoring threat from the PF spot...Vince Carter and Rip Hamilton are both scorers who can get the midrange rebounds and create their own assists...Josh Howard is another do it all player who can be counted on day in and day out...

WMD- Kobe Bryant, the best player in the league from a wide perspective, he scores, gets the rebounds, and now he's averaging almost 6 assists per game...Andre Igoudala and Jermaine O'neal can be scoring threats or they can be the do it all players while getting rebounds and assists....Calderon is a little known player but he's proven he can score and get assists...Carlos Boozer and Gerald Wallace are both players who can score and get rebounds...

Paul- Great picks with Lebron James, he gets the points, rebounds and he plays some good defense...Dirk and Chauncey get the points, rebounds and assists...plus they play great defense...Ray Allen is a great three point shooter and Ben Wallace will get you the rebounds...
