I could live with the Seahawks taking Baker, although we may end up going TE there instead...

Carolina taking Stewart? Don't they still have Foster and Williams? Good draft though :D

I would be amazed if the Steelers passed over Baker and Otah...for Williams. I just cant see that happening!

Im not exactly sold on Baker and I see Williams having an awesome combine. Honestly it could go either way, my guess is Williams jumps ahead.

At this pt, phillip wheeler is not a 1st rounder- id rather have erin henderson or may be an OT in Chris Williams

I don't see why Wheeler wouldn't qualify as a first rounder. He has exceptional size and he's a very physical linebacker that will get after the ball. I think what the Giants need is an aggressive blitzing linebacker to free up their D-Line a little bit. Wheeler is capable of a 4.5 40 and if he does run that I see the Giants taking him over a less developed Henderson.

You're thinking of Mississippi's Michael Oher

Yeah, I am. Thanks though will have to work Otah into the mock.

Good Texans draft. Wow, Darren McFadden? I don't know about the pick with us having Willis, but a McFadden/McGahee combo wouldn't hurt.

Really like this mock, see the Senior Bowl flavor to it. Dont like Sweed as a 1st rounder though, he is a little smaller at 6-4 and 210 than was thought and i doubt he sets the track on fire at the combine either, time will tell but may feel the same about Malcolm Kelley. Nice work though.

That pick was solely BPA and the duo can only help an iffy offense. I think the Ravens give Boller another shot then go for a Chase Daniel next year if Boller fails.

There's no way NE passes on McFadden if he's there.

Not sure Maroney isnt a better back.

wow, I never really thought Darren McFadden would fall to the ravens but if he did I wouldnt mind at all taking him. He would be a great asset to the offense even if we already have McGahee. however I also wouldnt mind us trading down and getting more draft picks

When I came to the Jaguars pick I wasn't exactly sure where to go, their lines are solid, LBs are good, backfield could use a power runner when Taylor leaves but Ray Rice wouldve been a huge reach there. Jacksonville's WRs are iffy so I flipped a coin between Sweed and Devin Thomas. It landed on Sweed. As I look back on it I want to put Early Doucet there if he has a 4.45 ish 40 time.

There's no way NE passes on McFadden if he's there.

There's no way NE passes on Mike Jenkins. Samuel will take the money wherever he can get it and even if he does stay with New England, G ay isn't exactly a great cornerback at the #2 spot if he does decide to resign.

The Pats offense is explosive as it is and why not upgrade somewhere else? Maroney is showing that he can run in this offense. It is his second season afterall. Faulk solidified that 3rd down back role so there is no where McFadden will fit in there.

Bad Giants pick. Also, NO WAY McFadden falls past OAK, ATL, NYJ, And NE.

Bad Giants pick. Also, NO WAY McFadden falls past OAK, ATL, NYJ, And NE.

There is definitely a way that it happens.

Oakland watched a lifetime backup in Justin Fargas rush for 1000 yards and they have Russell stepping in next year to add another dimension to their offense, thus they select a defensive player.

Atlanta is in the worst case scenario and picks their franchise QB in the 1st round here.

The Jets have Thomas Jones and Leon Washington in their backfield and the only reason they were as bad as they were was the run defense and poor QB play and they arent about to give up on Kellen Clemens yet.

Ive already addressed as to why New England wont pick him.

This is just how my 1st round mock played out, I know it looks a little out of whack but is any draft normal?

Absolutely terrible Vikings pick. Please give us Clady, Chris Williams, Limas Sweed, or Reggie Smith. Anyone besides a cornerback.
