View Full Version : Whos the worst player on your team?

Who has been there at least 2 season?

For the Giants, its gotta be Tim Carter. He cant run routes, cant catch the ball. He can do nothing at all...

Sad part is, that he was a starter for half of last year

Who do you think is the worst player on your favorite team?

Philliez01
02-22-2007, 10:01 PM
Gilbert Gardner, can't cover, tackle, or play Special Teams. He started for what, 11 games before Rob Morris literally saved the day.

Too many bad ones to choose from.

worst PLAYER? or starter?

player - Marquise Hill. 2nd round DE few years back..cant even get in a rotation with an undrafted guy and a late 4th guy. ..cant even get playing time when Seymour or Warren were hurt. Hes ****. and when he actually played once..they ran at him and got a 25 yard run (Titans)

worst starter: hmm...Bruschi or Hawkins.
Bruschi did lead in tackles but coverage was not very good and he got taken out a lot.

Hawkins gave up and sometimes nearly gave up big plays..he guessed a lot..he doesnt seem athletic and quick

only reason we consider him a "good" starter is because he can communicate and experience..other than that he really isnt much

Out of starters?

Wow, he is so bad I couldn't find a pick of him in Atlanta when I typed his name in.

The chargers worst starting player has to be Eric Parker (obvious)

Lamont Thompson, the guy couldn't play on a CFL practice squad at this point.

Former round 1 pick, .............................(drum roll)......................Sammy Davis

I've never seen a CB who cant block, cover, tackle, intercept or break up a play like this guy - he's the all round package

PalmerToCJ
02-22-2007, 10:14 PM
Tory James.

He can't cover anyone to save his life (anymore anyway) and he's lucky enough to be out of position and get an occassional INT.

Thankfully we aren't re-signing him.

Parker has come up with a ton of clutch catches on 3rd and 4th down for us. He just happened to have his worst game ever in the playoffs. I would say our worst player is pretty unquestionably Terrence Kiel. No upside.

It was Gilbert Gardner but I don't think he'll be a Colt next year so I'm going with Aaron Moorehead. I still can't believe he's a Colts & they actually put him in. All he's ever done was make a crazy ass catch in a pre-season game. I think he's totally worthless.

For the Titans, it has to be either Vincent Fuller or Calvin Lowry - both backup FS's.

Hear me out here. The reason I say this is because Lamont "holy freaking crap did you see that ball carrier guy? he was going fast he was. I mean damn" Thompson somehow retained the starting FS spot all season, so the only logical finger to point is at the backups at FS, who must have been sooooo bad, they couldn't beat LT out for the FS spot. Never mind both showed promise at NB, in pre season and on ST, I trust Jeff Fisher knows when to put a young unproven player with superior talent ahead of proven-to-be-terrible vets who won the starting role during the cap purge of 2004

To Fisher's credit, he DID put Thompson "on notice". rofl.

Thats not entirely true. But we definatly need to resign Fraley now, which Savage has hinted will be done.

Kevin Shaffer the LT only gave up 3.5 sacks last year and wasnt bad against the run so I think he was a positive.
If we draft Joe Thomas to play LT, I dont know how that would work because Shaffer is being paid LT money, then would have to play RT or gaurd which is not worth his money.

/\ hilarious pic.

This is a legitimately impossible question for the Chargers.

Is it Mike Goff, a guard who cannot move and simply falls down after the snap?

Could it be Cromartie, so focused on drifting back looking for his 15 picks that he has been burned more than Drayton Florence used to be?

How about Matt Wilhelm, playing ILB in a 3-4--the whole defense funnels tackles to him in the middle, where he promptly whiffs. Luckily, already benched.

A tie between Eric Weddle and Clinton Hart, a pair of invisible safeties?

What about Igor Olshansky, who even the local papers are calling out for saving himself for his next contract? I guess that's better than Luis Castillo, who played hard until he got a 40 million dollar contract then became as absent as Igor.

I hate this topic.

Brad Hoover is playing pretty badly, his blocks don't have any pop like they used to and his highlights this year in the catching game include dropping a pass, that literally bounced off his hands, in the endzone on 4th down.

Tipping another pass that hit him in the hands to a defender against oakland yesterday.

Jarrett Bush for the Packers. Followed real close by our terrible punter Derrick Frost.

Tie between Pat Thomas and Damion McIntosh. Thomas can't tackle and McIntosh can't block anyone.

Keyunta Dawson, without a doubt. The worst part of that is I think he could be a decent DE.

Why do we still have either of them? I'm not sure either. Frost is a legit fcuk up though. Thank god Bush doesnt see the field.

Starter- Keith Brooking

It was Adam Jennings before he became an inactive player.

+ 1. And I might have to throw Brian Finneran in there.

Worst Starter is probably James Butler or Clark, but clark's only starting due to osi's injury, so butler's our worst full time starter, although I think that won't last past this season. KP can fill his spot at SS next season and as long as MJ doens't have to play the run at FS we'll be fine.

If we're going starter it's got to be Wayne Gandy again now right? He's starting for now, at least.

Greg Lewis, LJ Smith, Chris Gocong, Joselio Hanson, Sean Considine, David Akers (from outside 40 yards) are some of the players I loathe the most.

Reggie Brown is amazingly close to them as well.

If the Houston FO would have watched ONE Cowboys game last year, they would have realized who they were signing.

Worst Player on the Team easily. He gets like 3 penalties or more a game.

I'm glad LJ Smith took my words to heart and is purposely sucking for the Eagles. He's gonna be a FA, sign with the Giants, and wreck everyones ****
