Cowboys are interested in getting him as a lb coach, but what's his contract situation?

I think he is currently under contract as our OLB coach. I highly doubt the Chargers would allow him to interview with another team because of the likelyhood he will be elevated to LB coach when Rivera gets an opportunity as a DC or even HC. I think he is viewed as our possible DC for the future.
