no way hardy is the good value pick for the skins. kelly is the only wr id consider to take in rd 1 otherwise it has to be DE or CB unless one of the top tier OTs is there like otah.

Washington needs a WR taller than 5'10. Randle-El hasn't shown much in a Redskins uniform. He has 3 receiving TDs in a 'Skins uniform. Chris Cooley is the only reliable red-zone receiver they have.

As far as the other WRs, tell that to Scott Wright, Todd McShay, and Mel Kiper. Kiper has 2 WR with 1st round grades, McShay has 5, and Wright has 4.

Someone just reminded me that Buffalo drafted Dante Whitner and Ko Simpson in the same draft. That being the case, my Buffalo pick is obviously screwed up! I must admit I completely forgot about Simpson.

Give the Patriots Gholston. Best player available.

Good pick for the Vikings in Kelly, even though I doubt we draft a reciever in round 1.

Cherilus and Cromartie both better picks for the chargers over balmer

We have much bigger needs than OT our line is fine we gave up the 8th fewest sacks last year while passing the 2nd most times plus we have good money invested in Gandy and he seems to be worth it

CB, RB and DE/OLB are bigger needs i would give us DRC there

Why would the Jets pass on Gholston?

I like the Jenkins pick, but I would prefer Cromartie.

I think Gholston would be a better pick for the Pats. We have pressing needs at DB for depth and LB for age/depth and I think Gholston is a much better value than Jenkins.

"Charles Grant struggled to get to the QB"

The entire line ******* struggled.

Dude DE in the 1st sucks.

3. Oakland Darren McFadden RB Arkansas
Nothing helps a young QB like a strong running game

The picks ok.But this has to be one of the crappiest reasons for the pick.

Balmer is too tall and not heavy enough to play NT so he would have to play DE in the Chargers' scheme. There is already good depth there so he does not fill a need. Rodgers-Cromartie and Gosder Cherilus meet needs and provide pretty good value.

Good Texans pick, Ravens take Vernon Ghloston quick and easy.

I'm not saying that we don't have a need for a possession receiver. I never said that. I said that it wasn't a first round need for us and that I didn't think that Hardy had first round value.

I also didnt say that there is only 1 receiver with a first round grade. I only said that there is only 1 that I would consider for the skins. I actually feel that there are 3 receivers with 1st round grades (Kelly, Desean Jackson, and Early Doucet). Sweed is borderlined and could grade out as a first rounder if he proves himself at the combine. As for Hardy I think that he is a solid mid second rounder and would be a reach at 21.

HATE THE MATT RYAN PICK!!!

Matt Ryan is anywhere near the QB Troy Smith is so why would we take a step back and bring in another QB who throws a ton of INTs!!!!!!?!???

Bad bills pick... we had a converted WR starting because we had mega injurys in the Safety position

Terrible pick for Buffalo.
Before you make comments, make sure they're true.

We started a converted WR at safety, because Ko Simpson, our #1 safety, went down with an injury. Then, our backup, Jim Leonhard, also went down with an injury.

Keith Rivers is a better choice.

I can't see the Packers taking a situational pass rusher in the first round. The packers are relatively solid on the DL. Next mock, try CB, S, or OL.
