There comes a time in every sig's life when it just knows deep down in its heart that its time to hang up the cleats. It knows it has run its course of usefulness. It knows the smiles and laughs it has brought will never be forgotten. It knows that after touching so many lives here in the NFLDC community, that it needs to move on and pass the torch to the younger sigs of the world.

So, allow me to say a few quick words before I set this baby out to pasture:

Brian Sabean Google Sig, I shall never forget all the good times we had together. All the people that told me that you made them LOL. All the +rep that said, "funniest sig ever" or "your sig always makes me LOL".

I will never forget how you were ready for retirement last September but you were able to sack-up for one last really bad Brian Sabean offseason.

I will never forget how I didn't have to tell people how bad Brian Sabean is as a GM, all I ever had to do was make an arrow down to my sig.

I will never forget how you were so revered that a different user copied your premise or how some jackass on a SF Giants forum straight stole you.

And lastly, I will never forget how you allowed me to express all my hatred for Brian Sabean in such a classy manner.

Brian Sabean Google Sig, you were the best. May the rest of your days be filled with many bottles of liquor and the company of hot, virgin sigs.

It's always a sad day when a Hall of Famer calls it quits. Brian Sabean sig, you have given us more than a few chuckles, and you always added humor to Borat's rants about the Giants.

I remember the Brian Sabean sig....

The same sadness I got when you took down your sig after the NC game. Seriously, Mockalicious made one of the greatest sigs ever for you. Sad days indeed. =(

You will be missed Brian Sabean sig.......

Thanks for the reassurance that there was a worse GM than that of the old Jim Beattie.

You think that's bad? I wanted to shoot all four people in my sweet Mockalicious sig from earlier this year when Michigan lost to Appalachian State. Really, 32 points should win you the game, but regardless...

Anyways, it's selfish of me to taint this retirement ceremony with my personal sig issues, so let us mourn the loss of the great Sabean sig.

I do not approve of this. This new sig, while somewhat cool, can't hold your old sig's jock. I say we put it to a vote. And let the people decide waht sig you can have.

Originator of the Google Sig....Wait were you the originator?

Well, I have recently seen other similar sigs floating around the 'net so I don't know if I'm the originator. I do know that I didn't copy anyone when I thought of it.

Haha. Well, if the people demand it, I guess the sig could pull a Junior Seau and "ungraduate" from retirement. But well have to let that play out :)

Don't worry though, the Brian Sabean Google Sig will make sporadic appearances .... make that frequent appearances, whenever Brian Sabean pulls a Brian Sabean, which is a lot. And considering pitchers and catchers report in a couple of weeks .........

They have been flying around for ages, I used to have one for a forum a while back but it doesnt really matter for this site it was the coolness.
