That would be a pretty decent draft for the skins, i give it a solid B

Dream Draft for the Rams. And if you have never noticed, Linehan has rotated each pick between offense and defense the past two years.

02-05-2008, 03:42 PM
hmm ur draft order is a lil bit wrong

okay Bears draft, i doubt that we wouldnt take a Tackle in the first 4 rounds

but hey, Jordy could play it

I don't really get why everyone started giving the Jets Sedrick Ellis in their mocks, but the rest of the jets picks are ok.

Alright chargers draft not a fan of balmer but i like choice in the 4th round.

Flacco and Ryan?

Flacco and Ryan?

My mistake, I orginally had them taking McFadden in the 1st but had 2nd thoughts after and switched it around and forgot to move Flacco from that 3rd round pick. I'll tweak it for my next one.

I think the Cowboys draft needs to be tweaked, unless you think calais can play 3-4 olb, or 3-4 DE. And passing on DRC for talib is scary. Love Ray Rice in the 3rd, but Bowman is kinda on a downfall ater a disappointing senior bowl week. The rest of your draft looks pretty solid though. thx ;)

Nice effort on the 4 rounds...the leap from 3-4 is tough.

Decent Bucs mock. I'd like to see Calais over Desean Jackson in the first. Jackson is not much more than a deep threat and I'd rather see us target guys like Hawkins & Caldwell in the 2nd. Still a pick I can live with though.

The 2nd rounder is okay as well. I don't like Justin King for the Cover 2 and I'd prefer Godfrey, but I think King can develop into a similar player to Phillip Buchanon.

Red Bryant is another decent pick but not a pick I love. I'd like to get a NT but Bryant reminds me a lot of Ryan Sims and wouldn't offer much more. Trevor Laws fits our defense better and provides much more as a penetrator and pass rusher.

Sullivan is the best pick. I think he's underrated as a prospect and with some added strength he will be a solid, dependable C. Tashard Choice would be hard to pass up, he's a beast.

Overall a B.

an absolutly disgusting first pick for the bills, that would be like the dolphins taking ted ginn last year.

I repeat... Balmer will not be drafted by San Diego! Especially with DRC, Sam Baker, Cherilus, Aqib Talib, and DaJuan Morgan still on the board.

i think the bears take the local boy Rashard Mendenhall over Stewart... at least i'd hope so. Stewart just doesn't add the breakaway ability that Mendenhall does... and i know Stewart will time fast, but every time i've watched him i've come away unimpressed by his speed.

Woodson would be good in the 2nd round, but other than that i'm unimpressed... two WRs makes no sense.

Not a good pick for the Chargers because DE is not a need. We need a RT and a DB that can play corner and safety. Gosder Cherilus or Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie would be better picks because they fill needs. The Chargers do not have a 4th round pick because they used it on Paul Oliver in the supplemental draft.

really good cardinals draft

02-05-2008, 04:49 PM
Well, I wouldnt be dissapointed with the Bears draft save that we dont have an OL taken. I guess it all depends on FA, if we get an OL, or 2, then this draft is pretty good for us.

its an ok giants mock but i think the secondary needs to be addressed earlier

10. New Orleans Saints: Leodis McKelvin, CB, Troy
10. New Orleans Saints: Ali Highsmith, LB, LSU
10. New Orleans Saints: Eric Young, OG, Tennessee
10. New Orleans Saints: Jermichael Finley, TE, Texas
Good job. All the picks are positions of need. However. Teams with the same record will rotate picks from round to round. So the Saints won't pick at #10 each time.

The only giants pick i actually liked was Chevis Jackson in the 4th round

I prefer McFadden, Ellis, and Long all over Ryan. So I dont really like that pick there.

Dan Connor would be a steal in the 2nd and I wouldnt mind. Though we do need OT help.

Collins good pick.

Flacco good pick.

Tommy Blake is a terrible pick. I dont like him as a prospect too much. Would much rather have Okam or Choice here.

1st pick is ok.2nd and 4th round picks are bad though.
Oakland needs a NT.Sims or Moore in the 2nd would be the best option.

Good Vikings draft, fills our needs and gets us some very good players in the process.

G-Men88
02-05-2008, 07:01 PM
Not a terrible Giants draft, DB probablly should be adressed earlier but if you give us Pat Sims or Tracy Porter instead of Baker in the 1st I like it a lot.

02-05-2008, 07:05 PM
Im not liking the First rounder, I highly doubt the Vikings Draft TE in round 1 we already have a good amount of money invested in that position, and taking Fred Davis at 17 is a reach right now... Other than that it's a decent vikings mock.

BeerBaron
02-05-2008, 11:22 PM
hm, interesting. thats a different take on the bears draft for sure. id be ok with that as long as they tried to address the o-line a little in FA

12. Denver Broncos: Keith Rivers, LB, USC
12. Denver Broncos: DaJuan Morgan, S, North Carolina State
12. Denver Broncos: Harry Douglas, WR, Louisville
21. Denver Broncos: Robert Felton, OG, Arkansas

Rivers is fine, the rest is a little dodgy. I don't particularly like Morgan's value in the top half of the second. Douglas is okay, though in terms of speed WR there are certainly better options. Felton is a bit of an odd pick - solid run blocker, but not really a zone guy or a great pass protector... not sure he's much of an upgrade for our OL.

Horrible 2nd round pick for the Colts. Give them Roy Shuening in the 2nd. Love the 3rd round pick in Forte. Also, Chris Long will NOT last to the Pats pick. They will have to take the best DB available with their selection.

solid KC draft no complaints here

02-06-2008, 01:26 PM
Bad 49ers draft all around.

Pat Simms, Sam Baker, James Hardy, Dominque Rodgers- Cromartie > Limas Sweed.
Dre Moore, Devin Harris, trade pick > Chad Henne
Shawn Crable is a good pick there, Red Bryant there would be intriging
Heath Benedict would be a better fit for the 49ers, we need tackles more then Guards and he can play both.

Perfect First rounder for the Phins! Glad to see you've jumped on that ship with me finally.

The rest of the draft is solid, just a couple other picks i'd rather see there:

Rather have Cason than Flowers, the same type of corner, only Cason is more polished.

Also, not a huge fan of Goff, would MUCH rather have Ahtyba Rubin there in there in the 4th, or give us Wheeler in the 3rd and Finley for TE in the 4th. Either works for me.

I cannot argue with a 6'7" WR, just can't!

Yeha nice work, for the Eagles in the third they should have went olinemen, and in the fourth with a return guy.

For AZ good draft only in the 4 they would be better at helping out on the line. Safety if a cb gets drafted rolle is moving to safety.

LB is a larger need for Buffalo than DE...
This would be a better draft.

1.) Keith Rivers
2.) Patrick Lee
3.) Earl Bennett
3.) Red Bryant
4.) Dustin Keller

Interesting 9ers draft. I don't like Limas since he can't stay healthy and does not fit the offense. Henne is ok but I don't think the 9ers are at a point where they need to take a ? at QB that high yet. I don't know much about crable seems more like a 4-3 sam. The guard is a nice pick. I don't know what I would think about that if it actually happened
