good Chiefs draft and you do have the QB pick right the only one I think KC looks at is Flacco

02-08-2008, 09:15 AM
OK for the Falcons...sucks that Nicks goes 1 pick before us in the 2nd round...I really like that guy

02-08-2008, 09:16 AM
nic sd pick with what was available

02-08-2008, 11:03 AM
I really like the draft and also like how different it is. As for the 3rd round pick, I've actually pondered that one a lot, but would prefer he played Safety in our defense.

02-08-2008, 11:06 AM
very nice phins draft, but if Flacco was there in the 3rd, we would take him over Bryant for sure.

02-08-2008, 11:18 AM
Very good mock draft for the Saints.

02-08-2008, 11:20 AM
I think Nicks would be a better pick for the Chargers.

02-08-2008, 11:42 AM
while i suppose its a draft that snags some of the bears major needs, id be disappointed with it on draft day.

plus OT wasn't addressed and that might just be one of their biggest needs

02-08-2008, 12:28 PM
I love you, Sveen.

02-08-2008, 12:29 PM
I love you to Vikes ;)

02-08-2008, 12:32 PM
Great Cardinals draft, all of the picks looks like BPA and you filled most of our needs except 4-3 DE / 3-4 OLB

02-08-2008, 01:42 PM
good mock. I'm not sure the Packers need to address LB in the first round though, looks like more of a 2nd - 4th round need too me.

02-08-2008, 02:01 PM
I'd rather go Dajuan Morgan in round 2 for the Giants because Safety is def our biggest need at this point. If mitchell and torbor both leave OLB is a 1st round priority

02-08-2008, 02:16 PM
Like the first 2 picks for GB, dont know much about the center, but ours is pretty good

02-08-2008, 02:22 PM
This Bills mock would make me extremely happy on draft day...

02-08-2008, 02:29 PM
really like the giants draft.

i would say go with morgan in rd 2, but i think thomas would make a nice saftey for us.

might prefer mayo over gooden though

02-08-2008, 02:50 PM
Jets should definitely go for Dre Moore if he's available in the third. I've seen people have them take him in the 2nd

02-08-2008, 02:56 PM
Great first pick for the Raiders. Jones in the second is once again very intriguing if he actually does slip especially because he would be a perfect compliment to Bush in the backfield of the future. A case for WR or DE there could also be made.

02-08-2008, 03:08 PM
First 2 rounds are good.
This would be a better overall draft

1.) Mike Jenkins
2.) James Hardy
3.) Xavier Adibi
3.) Dustin Keller/Jermichael Finley/Martin Rucker

I think Geno Hayes is a fantastic pick, he has alot more Weakside Tampa2 potential then Adibi IMO.

Harrison would be an ideal 43 Nose tackle IMO, depending on what McCargo is viewed as now.

02-08-2008, 03:53 PM
15th overall is still high for DRC... I don't care how good he looked in the senior bowl, besides, the Lions don't need to spend a first-rounder on a CB

02-09-2008, 09:04 AM
Mendenhall, Talib, Hawkins, Okam.

best Cowboys mock I've seen yet!

02-09-2008, 12:07 PM
excellent cowboys mock! im not a fan of talib, but theres value at 28 for him. love mendenhall, hawkins, and okam though. +rep

02-11-2008, 04:12 PM
With the exception of Sweed that is about a perfect 9ers draft. Groves and Moore would both be huge upgrades. Give us and OT in the first and its set

02-11-2008, 04:32 PM
I think if Dorsey falls that far we would HAVE to trade up 2 spots to pick him up, dont you? Any corner this early I think would be too early at 10. We could get a good one in FA or in the 2nd round.

02-11-2008, 04:44 PM
I absoluetely LOVE the pic of Ali Highsmith for the Colts in the 2nd. I would change their 3rd round pick, however. I would give them either an OL or a RB.

Absolutely, but the reason I doesn't happen in the mock is because I didn't do trades. On Draft Day though, if we can get Glenn Dorsey at #8 we have to make it happen.

Solid Pats mock.

02-11-2008, 05:02 PM
I Love You.

P.S. I'm a huge Bengals fan.

02-12-2008, 03:29 PM
I can live with the saints draft I just really hope to get a CB in FA also ...Good job Sveen

02-14-2008, 03:49 AM
Thanks. Appreciate all the good feedback. I'll probably get a new one done after the combine :)

Pretty solid Patriots draft.

02-14-2008, 06:42 AM
pretty good bills draft

02-14-2008, 08:27 AM
not a great skins draft. merling is ok in the first though i prefer campbell at this point. i think that campbells upside is greater than merlings and his size/speed/athleticism really would fit nicely opposite of carter.

the next two rounds are where the problems arise. donnie avery in rd 2 is not only a stretch but a bad fit for the skins. we already have a slot and flanker for the WCO (moss and el) but we dont have a split end. the split end is your physical possession receiver. it benefits him if he is on the taller side and he needs to be agile with soft hands and isn't afraid to take a shot going over the middle. donnie is in the same mold as moss and el and wouldnt be able to play the split end spot.

next you have us taking griffin in the third. this isnt a bad pick for us if we didn't have bigger needs. landry has proven that he is much more dominant lined up at FS which makes Griffin intriguing because I actually think he would be better lined up at SS even though he is often listed as a FS. FA will be the tell tale as to whether we can afford to go after a safety early in the draft but as of right now we have a much bigger need on the offensive line and at cornerback.

...and Oakland goes wild.
