What are your favorite foods? And, is there a particular country's food you like more than others?
I personally am a big fan of indian food, and chinese food. I'm indian so it's no surprise i like indian food (love samosas and curry) but i also really like chinese food. I could eat chow mein or fried rice with beef all day. I'm also a big fan of this hakka sechzuan place near my house. Hakka is basically Chinese food with sort of a indian flavor, or something like that.
Anyways, what cuisines do you guys like?

I'd put a fairly large wager that I am more picky about food then anyone else here, I have to specialty order things everywhere I go.
Anyway, though I am ridiculously picky, I love to try new-old things.
What I mean by this is I know what I like, chicken, beef, noodles, etc. And I know what I don't like every vegetable except cucumbers and baby corn, many forms of meat, most dairy products, etc.
I like to have the things I like prepared in different ways. Heres what I really like... sauces. I love to make my things as plain as possible, and then be able to dip them in anything I want.
Anyway, to end my rant here, I really enjoy a lot of Oriental foods because they seem to fit my style of eating.

I'm a big fan of Greek food, but being Greek im exposed to more than your average gyro. My favorite food is fried seafood.
I'm a big fan of Aussie meat pies and Canadian toutiere and poutine.

"peu-tin"" looks like good stuff, i am thinking of making some now, i like to make new things. But i don't have cheese curd or lard to cook my fries in, and i don't want a heart attack, so i think i will have to find another variation. Also i want to try this Canadian gravy, that is supposedly vegan and suppose to taste amazing. And the best poutine comes from Quebec.

After that it has got to be Chinese food. Orange Chicken and Mandarin Chicken from Panda Express is my food of choice when i am disfunctional in ANY way. (be cool stay in school) and then General Tso everywhere else. its amazing.

i love all asian food. I love how they all have their specific niche.
chineese has their all-you-can eat buffets and take out
japaneese has their hibache grills
mongolian has the 'make your own dish' set up
indian has pretty much cornered the market on nice sit-down places.
thai---just kicks ass in general.
we also have a very nice korean restaurant around town. i've been their a couple of times and it ranks right up their with the best of asian food.
also, i really enjoy sushi. eel > all else.
i've never been a big fan of mexican restaraunts. same 5 ingredients presented in a different way to make up a whole menu....and, of course, the menu is the same (save for a house specialty every once in a while) everywhere ya go.

Sushi is great... Especially Spicy Tuna rolls.
Hot Dogs with scum sauce(basically chilli) makes the hot dog.
