It would be interesting but we're still gonna have a gaping hole at MLB... Sign him but don't expect him to last a full season, especially if we get rid of Shaun Rogers. That will probably put too much pressure on him. All things being equal, we'll still need to draft a MLB somewhere in the draft.

It sure can't hurt. Sign him up!

I'm thinking the same thing.

Even with a messed up neck, he's better than Lenon. If we need an upgrade next year, we can look to grab Laurinaitis or Maualuga in the draft.

great leader and if he is able to get back to where he was would be a great player for us. I say go for it and take the chance he seems motivated

Zach Thomas is gonna get cut by the Fins.

Before the speculation begins, I wanted to end it. He won't come here. Retirement is most likely, and if not, he has already said he won't go anywhere where he can't win a Super Bowl.

Zach Thomas will be a Patriot if he gets cut.

he could be a good fit next to Sims

if hes healthy there is no reason not to bring him in. IF he is able to even get close to where he was pre injury we have a huge steal probably at a relativly cheap price.

Rather have Wilson then Thomas.

we have a shot at wilson and no shot at thomas and i'd rather have Wilson as well the guys only like 29 if he's able to return we'd be in great shape with him and ernie sims

Yeah it would allow us to be more flexible in the draft. We probably wouldn't even take a LB in the first three rounds. Probably make a RB in the second more likely.

i think it would make it so that we would take 2 first day CBs

Let's get real folks, Wilson has to pass a team physical before he is signable. What his own doctor says and what a team doctors says are usually 2 completely different stories. We don't even know yet if he is capable of playing football nevewrmind is he capable of still being a good football player.
Come back after his team physical and we can talk turkey until then it amounts to nothing.
