Phillips & Jenkins over Mendenhall for the Cardinals, we aren't going anywhere if we can't stop the pass, plus Edge is one of only 3 people currently in the NFL to have back to back 1200+ yard seasons, so he isn't done yet, would much rather wait til the 3rd and crab someone like Forte or Charles

I love the Clady pick I hope he falls to us at 14. Bears do need a qb but i'd prefer Nicks in round 2. Our OL is terrible and he could plug in right away at OG. 1000th post wooo.

The Limas Sweed pick is horrible. HORRIBLE. If Kenny Phillips is there we take him, if not then the best DE availble. I like the second round pick but if you had made this mock properly and given us Phillips then we would be taken the best DE availble in the 2nd or if you are so set on a receiver then I gives James Hardy. There is a zero percent chance we take Sweed, hell I think there is a zero percent chance we go any WR in the first.

the skins pass on campbell and drc for balmer when cb and de are way way bigger needs than de....dont think so

prettys ballsy picks at # 6 and #7.... i dont think the jets would draft a qb cuz they still think their young qb is decent and the pats wouldnt need harvey cuz they have OLBs such as vrabel and thomas.

if we take clady in 1, nicks becomes somewhat unnecessary in round 2. itd be nice to bring in 2 tackles, play one right away and develop the other, but we have a few too many needs to pull that...

acceptable bears draft though

I hope the Vikes don't pass on both Kenny Phillips and Calais Campbell for a WR.

Desean is a nice selection, but King in the 2nd is not a good fit.

Good pick for the Chargers. Cherilus would be a welcome addition to solidify the o-line.

I like both Oakland picks, but I'm not sure Doucet is fast enough for Al Davis' taste.

Good Mock but would have liked to have seen some reasonings behind the picks. I see your part of the Jake Long #1 club. I too envision the same. If the Phins trade Taylor before draft for a 2nd or 3rd then you can probably throw in DE Chris Long as the #1. 3-4 OLB happens to be a position of depth for the Phins right now with Roth,Taylor,Porter,Moses, and A.Wright. As for the offensive line there is only Veron Carey with no other depth to speak of.

I Love giants 1st, the second is alright, I really was high on Marcus Griffin earlier in the year, He had a great senior year, but I think we could get him in round 3, probably available in mid 3rd at least. But if his 40 time is under 4.5 and he has decent shuttle (like 4.3) and 3 cone drill (6.8) i could see him in the 2nd round.

But if Brandon Flowers could drop to our 2nd rounder, id feel like we have an even better chance at coming back to the SB next year.

... what the hell do people keep giving the lions cornerbacks for?

We run a cover 2, 1st round corners aren't needed, and we have plenty other needs. And if we select Fred Davis in the second with Erin Henderson on the board... I'd be pretty pissed off. TE's not that big a need anyway.

Good Day 1 for Buffalo.
I would rather have Groves play WLB for us though.

Yeah I agree. I don't think Griffin is really a 2nd rounder at this pt and might be a little bit of a stretch.

Don't really like Harvey at #7 too much but it's decent.

Terrible phins draft, maybe one of the worst I've seen.

I may contemplate not even watching the 2nd day if if the 1st turned out like that.

I can't see us not taking an olineman first or second round. That's our biggest need by far.
