lets see em.

now im not saying you can just ahve the top 5 prospects of the draft with our top 5 picks, but within reason. taking guys around where they are projected,

heres mine:

1st: otah/williams (not sure just which i would pick yet)
2nd: jamal charles
3rd: andre woodson
3rd: arrington/bowman/simpson/ a WR here

i know theyre all offensive but by my way of thinking, JA has been so good at finding defensive talent in the later rounds (see vasher, anderson, brown) that we could probably hang on and find decent S and DT depth then

1st: (Clady) Williams --> Otah (rather Williams)
2nd: James Hardy/Devin Thomas (depends on BB) or (Felix Jones)/Charles or Johnson (i dont know either of them so)
3rd: Flacco
3rd: Depends on 2nd round pick.

im not sure that flacco is going to still be around that late although it would be nice.

and i would love devin thomas but im not sure hed be there in the 2nd round either. depends on how he runs i guess

One possibility that would leave me pleased that I think is decently realistic on value.

1. OT Clady/Otah/Williams - Probably in that order as well.
2. QB Joe Flacco - I'm not sure he'll be there for our 2nd, but it's possible.
3. RB Jamaal Charles - Can Jamaal Charles move up before our 3rd? Sure, but right now, he has a long way to go and several backs equal or ahead of him in the 2nd tier alone.
3. S Tyrell Johnson - Still a favorite. Has the range to develop at strong safety.
4. WR Jerome Simpson - Nice mitts, quickness, and size. Will he be here?
5. OL Drew Radovich - Perhaps a tad hopeful? If he's there, he'll help.
6. DT Kurt Hout - I like the fit, and I think he could do fine on the nose.
7. LB Steve Allen - Rumored top athlete at LB could give us some depth. More DB is another thought.

your right, as things stand now thats pretty good. i based mine off of how i think things will fall with charles moving up and whatnot, but i wouldnt be too displeased if thats how the draft went

Some may not agree with this:
1. Clady
2. Nicks

don't care after that really. BPA.

both like, two tackles in a row?

i think taits still servicable enough to last a year. i dont think wed need two tackles right away

Nicks would play Guard until Tait leaves. Nicks is very athletic and can get up to the 2nd level which no one did all of last year.

1st- Jeff Otah OT - Starter from Day One Following in the footsteps of Jimbo.

2nd- Ray Rice or Matt Forte RB - Either one could start from day one.

3rd (A) - Adrian Arrington or Earl Bennett WR - Very Underrated.

3rd (B) - Josh Johnson or Dennis Dixon QB - QB of the Future.

4th - Jamie Silva S - The next coming of Mike Brown.

5th - Mike McGlynn or Duane Brown G - Provide depth. Replace Garza.

6th - Mike Humpal LB Iowa - Big time sleeper. Very Good in Coverage.

7th - Jack Ikegwounu CB Wisc - Medical Issue. Worth the risk.

thats an interesting/different take on it

id watch calling someone the next mike brown though......would be great to have that talent but id be sad to see someone else miss like 48 of the past 60 games or something crazy like that that brown has missed....
