It'd make more sense to make it for both platforms. Sales for both consoles are fairly even and taking advantage of both markets would be the smartest decision, if you ask me.

Though if EA takes 2k over (thus gaining rights to the GTA series) I foresee them going multi-platform, as they don't gain anything by keeping it exclusive to one platform.
