Scott Storch is amazing, and he is like the anti-Neptunes. Neptunes beats are lame and can be made by any producer, Scott is unique and makes original beats that no one else could. Listen to Like A Boss or Milkshake, Neptunes suck. The only producer that I might accept as being better than Storch is DJ Premier, but Premo's best beats are well in his past.
